I've literally been so sad about this whole afternoon, shed a tear or two and imagined what she must have gone through in the span of couple hours. I absolutely HATE IT when there's ganging up involved on the quite ones. ABSOLUTELY LOATHE, because personal experiences got me on the facing end of it and it SUCKS. Dating Kanwar got to her head?! I was among one of the first people to read it and my instant reaction to the article was me imagining a sad Alice! I haven't bothered before for any actor/actresses but this hurt, truly! No shit!
The way there's a term 'RIOT' right in the start and he said they'll sit down with her. SIT AND DO WHAT MAN? 50% of your viewership is online, they watch your show because of Alice and Kanwar and probably the chemistry they have offscreen too. You think you'll survive this assassination of the one person everyone loves? Irrespective of watching the show online or offline?! HA! You must be dreaming!
I already knew Shiny/Simran aren't posting anything I mentioned this in the EDT too! Simran didn't bother on her bday even. Why would she do this for something serious?
I don't know what's the deal with them but whatever it is they need to back track it and focus on the work they've been given. WHOEVER did this, I don't know who, but he/she has a clear cut agenda to kill all the rapport Alice has. The moment I read the "someone commented" part it hit me like a tornado. Why her? If she is said to have commented why didn't she try to get the article neglected as a 'Good co-star'. Its all fishy!
The thing is I knew the article was bogus the moment I read it what bothered me was the fact that they are getting their scenes killed too and repeatedly at that. What if we are missing something fishy just because we are rejoicing the fact that there aren't any Disha scenes in the episodes?
Whoever Ankita might be as an actor I said this before I'll say it again, Its not easy to keep a sane mind when the first project you get brings you an avalanche of hate. The writers have written her story/character poorly and yes she isn't welcomed in the show as Disha but her insta posts have always indicated how irked she is on sets or how toxic she finds it. I don't know if its true or not but today I have a feeling that it is in fact very true. Groups have been formed and that's okay but these kind of digs at each other only puts a bad image in fans' minds!
I wasn't kidding when I said I cried a little within the confines of my blanket, maybe it was a bit much as a reaction but I related to it on whole another level. I didn't expect anyone to go ahead and post TBH in the start [apart from KD] but the way Kinshuk-Akshay-Mohit-Mahima (who was the only one I thought would give a damn) took to instagram it felt nice. Alice hasn't reacted and I am happy about it!
The backlash she'll get after a reaction is another story I don't want her to go through.
THIS is the reason they weren't going official. Plain and simple. So yeah I am SUPER happy they haven't announced it officially anywhere because these rumors suck the life out of you. It is NONE of anyone's business to question their dynamics neither do they need to justify their dating/relationship. As I've said before as fans we ship them, we stan the comfort and the vibe but IT IS THEIR LIFE. They're whole other people with problems man. And no matter what anyone says for some reason I KNEW Alice would get bashed sometime or other because of this. It is a very misogynistic phenomenon but I had an inkling about it!
