Phew this week for Imlie! I will be honest I have not watched even on FF, just pretty much read the WU and watched the clips here and there and my only conclusion at this point is - AKT is not butchered. He was always this guy who he is right now. He is an idiot, a thick head, self centered but he is not the bad guy here. He is not some toxic husband who has rallied on Imlie's plight. No! Imlie has always had a choice, always. She still does.

Just because Malini gave Imlie a challenge, Imlie knows about Malini's truth. If all this was done by Malini without Imlie even having an inkling, Imlie would have had greater faith in Malini than AKT. Why do people keep forgetting that Imlie for almost 200 episodes did not want truth revelation?!

And the most important thing- what part of this is AKT smiling through or deliberately doing so as to torture Imlie?! Hell even in that scene of gun shot, the first thing that he says is Imlie...not Pregnant aurat, Malini, Mera/humara sab ka baccha...🤢. Not once is he even looking at the ghayal pregnant aurat!

No I am not justifying what AKT is doing...oh he needs a thappad....but I cannot wrap my head around him being toxic or Imlie needs a new guy! 👎🏼

And coming to whether Imlie leaves or not- If Imlie leaves it is not because of some conversation she will have with AKT. It will be because of SK's words. AKT may have left to talk to her in the precap but not in a million moons do I think he will suspect Imlie. Imlie has probably already left. And now starts the countdown for a frozen brain to thaw and become the pani to phero on Mal's evil plans! It is all converging!

This. I so agree wholeheartedly with this. I do not get from where the same guy who once called Imlie "Mitti" against Malini's "chandan" has suddenly become vile and toxic. Suddenly this man who at one point of time wanted to get rid of Imlie but then understood she was his responsibility assigned to him by destiny and then finally realised that SM had made her for him to be his soulmate for life, has suddenly become the worst partner for a girl because he does not belive her about a relationship he does nit care about but just holds in because he feels beholden to it.

People keep forgetting that this same girl would not believe that Adi would choose her over his own earlier choice and pyaar - Malini despite him choosing to be buried alive for loving Imlie and her making a promise to him that they would be equals in this relationship. Imlie took over 200+ episodes to come to the realisation that Adi loves only her and not Malini. She was willing to give Malini the benefit of doubt untill she herself openly challenged Imlie that she wants Adi back. Wahaan par bhi Imlie ka behan prem has till date not allowed Imlie to do something drastic with Malini despite everything she has done - even the court case was Imlie's way of getting Malini back on the correct raah from her obsession. Imlie has been taking care of Malini all this while, yet people want to bash Adi for believing in Malini and not Imlie. Again I reiterate - Adi while is not discounting Imlie's words, he has till date never seen a situation where he should doubt Malini over the words she uses to cover up every action that makes Adi doubt her. Imlie ke saamne sab sach hai, but even then she is very impulsive and keeps trying to tell everyone rather than think through her actions. Yet people feel Adi is the toxic partner for not supporting Imlie without solid proof.

Yes, and ideal partner would have taken Imlie words in face value and did what she said - but the repurcussions of that would have led the situation to look like Imlie wanted Malini out of the house because she suspected her, not because Malini is wrong. Adi could have helped Imlie gather proof, but again, Imlie is also supposed to be smart enough to have done it herself, lekin phir drama jaise kheechta.

My point is very simple - Adilie is inherently flawed individually and as a couple, but that is actually the beauty of their story. They keep making mistakes and causing the other pain, but despite that, their saath is what keeps the other going. Without Adi, Imlie would have possibly succeeded in life, but would have not realized the happiness one gets when they're with family. Her success and her confidence to become a reporter was largely due to watching Adi fight for the truth and bring justice through his words. Adi's life and his work has only become better because if Imlie. Her strength and her encouragement have given him the honsla to fight for what is right, because he knows that she will always be there as his moral and ethical compass, while being there as a true partner to bring out the best in him. I agree with RD, that this entire track is for Adi to again prove that he is as worthy of Imlie as she is of him, but more than that, this track is to completely eliminate any kind of guilt that Adi or Imlie would ever have, of wronging Malini by choosing each other.

Hoping next epi brings some movement onwards. They have been slowly building the track like dal makhani in a slow cooker but it’s time to eat the dhall! Add the ghee and the cream and serve ! 🙏🏻

Whatever I hope that what we hope is where the writers are headed. I agree it’s adI time now and that’s why he has been oblivious to Didi with his malini can’t do this. It’s now time to lift the blinders though . I look at sk coming back as a full circle and I hope it means something.

Can I throw a new thought on the next week epi… It will be what we least expect and that is adI going off on imlie for shooting Didi . I know it’s illogical but right now they are giving us the unexpected and if they chose to drag this track and really show Didi win then they will make it seem that imlie may have shot Didi whilst Didi was trying to stop sk from hurting her . In the tussle imlie would have accidentally shot Didi. U see she can’t say imlie shot her at point blank because adI won’t believe but she can say that imlie may have unintentionally shot her in the tussle. AdI is already anti sk cos his judgment is clouded so he might buy that and when he goes to talk to imlie to find out really happened and try to placate her cos he might think she is feeling guilty this would hurt imlie and cause Mu and she would leave. Cos u see for me they are prob dragging this for another 8 more epi till one year anniversary and that might be when adI faces the truth. So they need to drag this. I know it sounds illogical and may be complete nonsense but they have been known to drag the track for contrivance purposes. Again just a wild guess

Of course it will be resolved after that but I don’t know why I feel they might drag this for next few days

See I'm only eager to see imlie leaving at this moment.. ADI ko confuse dikha sakte hai.. But with imlie leaving he won't be sitting n crying ye haath pair marega.. She is necessary for his survival vice versa too but imlie ryt now is more broken n with her dadda taken for which he isn't responsible n his words will have more impact .. And i definitely think phone will come into play sooner tha later..

Adi kidnapping byJugnu bhaiyye... This started M ki psychopanti with fake suicide attempt leading to Adi bringing M in T house

Muh dikhayi gunshot.. Official start of didi doing more disgusting things in trying to seperate Adilie..

Now.. I'm really really hoepful with SK coming in n surrendering this was just the start of didi ka downfall because she wanted Adi to see imlie having the gun in her hand so she could directly blame her.. But SK taking up the blame just diluted the moment for her.. So she directly went n played the card that i fear imlie might harm the child..

So yeah SK has always been the driving force in Adilie's relationship..

This week is gonna be something interesting.. Unlike last week which was quite a task to watch..

Again i might be repeating Adi won't doubt imlie but as many are discussing imlie might overhear him discussing this with nishu n rupi n just being confused on what to do will be enough.. Or she might have already left(this is me wanting) i don't want any convo before imlie leaving bas potli uthaye aur nikal jaaye..

Hey.. lovely WU's everyone and busy with Diwali.

Phew..what an emotional roller coaster it has been.. I was so wrecked to see Imlie go thro' the wringer..and was put off. I had to see the epi on FF..of certain scenes. They did ratchet up the evilness of M... did she do a decent job.. must say she did as we all hated her presence on the screen.

Having gotten that out of my system... Adilie.. what a week for them as well. Starting with SR and then downhill from there onwards.. to the breaking of the vishwaas ka daaga.. hanging on by a thread. The KC ka vrat n M ka strike one to the joomer falling n kidnapping of SK.

When they showed the lolli of adilie in the jhoomer scene.. one thing struck me very much.. Imlie was HURT n Angry still at Adi... I saw this when they showed the close ups of Imlie..wonder if any of you caught the same. Adi knows he is up against a mountain.. we kept referring to Adi as a pahaad but now it is Imlie who is a chaatan.. that Adi will have to scale.. to rebuild on their marriage. That ended even before it began.. i am happy that Imlie held off on intimacy... good smart move.

Bringing SK in was a great move by the makers.. to close out the loop and also to reinforce that Imlie ka baba is only SK, it can never be Dev who is spineless. At least he is consistent in his ckt. All empty words and his toxic marriage has produced a mentally ill daughter, who does not stoop to murder or self harm, to get her way. A mentally deranged person is what M is. They also brought out SK ka strength n ckt in the epi yday.. how his words and upbringing have shaped Imlie into the strong principled person she is. SK's words to her that when she is considered less than a gift from SM, not shagin ka sikka, where she has to yell for the truth to be heard, time to leave.. have a deep and lasting impact on Imlie.

When SK was arrested and dragged away, Adi tries to hold onto Imlie.. restrain her.. and then she breaks free.. to run after SK/truth. It was more symbolic for me.. he tries to hold onto her but she breaks free to get the truth. Her breaking free.. showed his deepest fear being realized that she will leave him yet again.. and she does.

Adi hearing M ka statement that she should leave.. and his stance - one of disbelief and waiting to hear what she has to say. M becoming more brazen and open in her attacks, will open his eyes to the truth.

Nishu n Rupi should play a part in the truth reveal as the phone breaking does not destroy the recorded evidence. SM was placed in Adi's room for a reason and Imlie was heart broken that despite SM, the rape occurred on Janmashtami. As the video recording came out.. so too will M ka crimes. She was overconfident and confessed to 2 of her crimes to SK/Imlie. She herself will confess all her misdeeds so far as that is the best way for her pf.. in front of the Ts n Adi.. along with Dev n Anu. She will rattle of a list of her deeds.. and the guy will go bonkers to realize that Imlie was right all along. But their trust has been shaken and they will have to rebuild on that.

Navratri was maintained to an extent where Adilie were together despite all of M ka plotting. Same with Diwali, where they will have to maintian the essence of good winning over evil. This week or next...

Adi now fighting to prove his vishwaas to Imlie.. not just the token repetition of she is my patni.. or 7 yrs of friendship.. get over it and fight now. But ST owned it on SAT. totally.. when she brokenly whispered to Dev that he is never her apne, her baba is only SK.. oh.. am in awe .. and can watch the epi now a bit more calmly. She is totally alone once more and this bothers me.. all the 3 PD women are totally helpless... esp when the cops say that they have shoot at sight orders for SK. Anu was certainly relieved to hear this as all her misdeeds would be covered up.

My rambling thoughts.... am catching up slowly on this thread.. and thanks for the tags everyone. Hope to reply to all.
