[MEMBERSONLY] Show genuine discussions and opinions

Thanks aps! First a big 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗..,ok. So I liked today’s episode and this is why:

1) I know ppl were upset with the janamastami track and ac mc winning . For me I didn’t like the track but it was part of the story so anyway they have moved on to navratri and day 1 of navratri is nicely on track, Didi is getting chop after chop by SM with all her chindi kand getting chopped and yet she is so delu that she thinks that god is supporting her. anyway to me she is just a tool to move the story so nothing on her but I loved how today we are starting to see the t family shift to imlie ( ok bk and Radhaji are just hopeless ) but today I saw genuine pain for their daughter after a very long time or even for the first time I don’t know why but this track might see them wholeheartedly accept imlie as she fights for rupi not that she hasn’t but it’s diff fight and one no one else has been able to win.

I think juvvs had a good point on this track and that is that this is to close the whole pranav hanging ..maybe the new BT owner might be for rupi but adi might misunderstand in the future abd think that he is after his imlie 😉..

The only thing I genuinely find so random is the connection with pranav with mp and I hope that will be made clear going forward. .. if not right now it seems so random.

2) imlie and adi .. haiy.. the whole hubby wife feel of the whole function and I know doing aarti has been so hyped and I don’t know why but I liked the scene cos it was so well Played out and shows that he who never used to pray od get involved in all this is now so excited to perform this because of his wife. She has brought him into the family fold and you can see the joy in apu face when she told him to go do aarti and he was like oh yeah.. goes back to the whole muh dikayi which that kalmuni spolied. I know there has been disjointedness at times and random lines but I have started seeing it as a big picture and not as day to day which I used to do and I am enjoying it.

This day is very long so now the thing I am trying to determine is howPranav will get the pen drive .. I wonder if chindi Didi might try to steal it as revenge against imlie.. did she see imlie hiding it..and if she does steal the wet paint might implicate her but she would lead pranav to it unintentionally? And that whole line about destroying imlie would show that she might try to harm imlie? I still don’t think miscarriage will happen yet as without that she has no leg to stand on.

or Didi might get hurt as pranav tries to take it from her and she will try to blame imlie but somehow I don’t think she would get the full support from T family for any harm she might do on imlie and when imlie fights back cos Didi has lost her last supporter which was Radha who was anti imlie for me. Sorry don’t know if this made sense but I was typing really fast.. will add on as I go along 😂

I ahve not yet caught up with the full episode - just skimmed through as I have have been a bit tied up since moring.

My main and sabse happiest part was that despite what people assumed, Adi & Imlie did the arthi and were happy doing it - reminded me of the puja they did in PD3, where Imlie assumed that Adi would not be interested, but woh khudse aage aa raha tha.

As for the current track - while I am not the happiest about DD being ghusoed at every juncture, one thing that is consistent - DD got chopped then and is still getting chopped.

Again my view on the biggest issue with most people - him deleting the video. My stand then and no are the exact same - he did it on an impulse with the assumption that it will work out and Imlie will undertsnd when she knows the reason behind it - which was the biggest miscalculation he made. People saying how could he betray Imlie like that - again he was not betraying Imlie, he was choosing to save Malini from getting humiliated, because he was facing the possibility of having to co-parent a child with her. For Adi, his honour and his pride took a backseat when it came to the new life that would come in his life, for whom he did not want to complicate things further.

For people asking why did he not divorce Malini - same reason, she is going to be the mother of a child that unfortunately "supposedly" belongs to Adi, so right now for Adi, divorce is not something he will consider, as there will again come custody battle and a lot of other complications he right now does not want to face.

Why is Imlie still in her kona - because for Imlie as long as Adi & her are not completely accepted by the family (including Malini) and their relationship is not given the ultimate stamp of approval from the law as well, Imlie is not going to shift from there - and I would prefer that.

Is Adi taking Imlie for granted - yes, but mostly almost all husbands do that at some point or the other in their lives. But is he insulting her - no, not from where I am seeing things.

All 3 characters are acting as per their personalities, trying to deal with this sitaution which was not of either of their making (even Malini did not expect to get pregnant). While the resolution is not ideal, does not mean we write off the story just because it contains some elements that make us uncomfortable or cringe.

Oh yes. The points above are so true and that’s why I say ppl need to move beyond day to day epi and see the bigger picture.. but one thing I really liked was today adi dialogue of imlie hamari patni to Pranav and adi maha chop to Didi that imlie never sticks her nose in unwanted and wrongly and when she says something it has merit.. I felt he was channeling our feeling nowdays towards Didi whenever She opens her mouth nowdays to give bahshan to imlie as if she Didi is so wise that want she says and does is gold. This was brilliant by the writers!

Hey Raaz, great to see you here. Yes, you can discuss any episode or anything related to the show - everything's game as this is a common forum and there is nothing really wrong. Just 2 main rules:

1. Please do not tag anyone else other than the members mentioned in the first post, to ensure that we keep this thread only for people we know will not digress
2. Preferably not over the top bashing or really negative comments/predictions or too much of pulling down characters - let's keep it as clean and actually analyse what has been shown rather than create unnecessary panic or negativity

Other than these 2 points, everything is game. The best part her is that we can openly compare and even mention other show names or other fiction for comparison as long as we do not digress too much and keep the essence of the show in our discussions.

Thanks Aps and thanks for the update it’s helpful. That’s great to know 😊I will mostly be sticking to the show and previous episodes to compare how their journey has progressed was missing the ability to go back and air a open view without feeling cornered. This is why I am excited because it finally feels we can focus on discussing what is happening and how we all are seeing it. 🤗

Have genuinely missed this part where we had a soul connection discussion of what imlie and Aditya are and so I excited to see how others feel as the track progresses 😊

One thing I really enjoyed is Didi thinks being with someone as a wife means standing next to that person or physical proximity.. like the whole of the episode she kept chipkaoing to adi whilst greeting guests, after the fire during the Pranav reveal sbs my favourite running after afi to do aarti and yet adi had eyes, ears everything for imlie. During the fire he turned to imlie and trusted her to look after the elders whilst he was stuck with chipkali.. the writer keep throwing in these normal activities and I like that .

Sorry I am just so happy with how these writes keep adding more and more of Didi chop.. vaisai how come ac hasn’t tapak here yet?

a random thought.. this imlie humari patni hai is something he keep saying to reassure himself that she is mine and will never leave me?
