I mean the blood/wound was on her lower right abdomen side - it seems odd that she would hurt herself on purpose?

I can't tell if its a gun shot or a stab wound but she was definitely pierced with something. And then there was blood in her hand. I think most of us suspect that she saved R again from getting hurt.

This track is a near copy of M track so I wouldn't be surprised if they have E go super psycho and pull a weapon to be like "if I can't have R no one can" etc.
