Just to remind shukla who was bashed left right centre and today many felt bad and regretted their behaviour remember don't go so much into hating on any person. Every person in bb have positives and negatives. Every one is human with flaws. Nobody is worst there so don't forget humanity.
Agreed there is all sorts of uninhibited name calling of contestants and modifying their names in an insulting manner. But people forget these are real people in a restricted area where they can’t even tell time and can’t avoid the person you dislike. I doubt any of us would fare better or be exemplary if in the same show.
But that’s the internet for you. Easier to type out insults and vent out unneeded anger/hatred.
I haven't bashed Sid as haven't seen last season, regarding bashing sometimes there r some who go too personal about an actor's life which I have seen and I find it foolish but one can't do much on that rather than telling and that I do .
Finally someone said it. This is seriously a very toxic forum. Filled with people hiding behind the security of anonymity and venting out their frustrations on people trying to further their careers. Atleast those contestants are brave enough to put themselves out there for the world to see. Least we can do is be civil. And what is this "bashing is not personal" line the guilty ones are using? You write insanely long paragraphs throughout the day putting someone down and its not personal? Give me a break. And there is no way to know whether contestants will see these posts or not. Twitter, insta pe jo likhte hai log they are aware of that. Indiaforums kholke bhi dekh sakte hai.
Have the guts to admit you get more pleasure from putting someone down than supporting the contestant you like. No need to pretend otherwise. Most here are like that only and even the forum rules encourages this behaviour. You are protected from personal attacks. Bash away with impunity.
Why should anyone regret the bashing done. He was bad and pathetic on the show and was called out for just that. Personally no one knew him here . So its fine here until the bashing is done in the context of the show and it really normally ends with that.

Absolutely👏
No doubt this show itself is toxic but there also it's the choice of the individual how deep one goes into intoxicity to that level where one forgets the people are human beings. You have rightly pointed out that those individuals who have put themselves out there are brave at least we can be civil.
Forget what kind of energy we get into when we spread hatred. Nothing better than those gossip mongers who would peep in other people houses judge them bash them to get daily dose of entertainment. One should draw some lines atleast not for those contestants but at least for themselves. Yes this whole process of putting someone else down and feeling good is pathetic.
Gosh, now I feel so proud of myself that I never, I repeat *NEVER* hated a contestant. I strongly disliked a ton of contestants who even ended up winning. But when they won, I was one of the first to make a congratulatory post for them, congratulating their fans.
But there are many people on this very forum, who hate on contestants whom they don't even know & personally attack forum members to prove their point.
Absolutely👏

Just look at some of the replies. Its like these people have convinced themselves that bashing is not personal and because this is not twitter, facebook or instagram, they are free to write whatever they want and it does not fall under the category of hate speech. I'm sorry, that is not the case. Atleast there are guidelines on twitter. You go overboard, you get banned. This forum has no such rules. Naam ke vaste ek guidelines bana ke rakha hai. This is like a safe haven and breeding ground for toxic, frustrated, hate mongering people. They know they write anything without any accountability or fear of facing any sort of repercussion. Thats why I call out these insects whenever possible. Doesnt matter if I get banned for "personal comments against forum members" (big LOL).
Criticising a contestant in forum is normal but it's true it should be done in limits. For example we should not judge them on the basis of their personal life. I have disliked/hated tons of contestants but I have never judged anyone on the basis of their personal life which some people do here. Then the worst thing attacking others for their pov which is the silliest thing anyone can do because people should learn that everyone has a different pov here and we should learn to respect them. The most important thing we should stop taking this show and the contestants seriously we should just try to enjoy it and I am telling this from my experience
Indiaforums is a very decent sight. Whoever crosses their limits here are immediately banned or given strict punishments. Small nicknames of contestants for fun are also not allowed here. But mods cannot be 24/7 online here as they are also humans hence they take time to take action. And here we can't attack anyone's pov even in sarcastic way but in twitter and insta everyone gets a free pass attacking other's pov and bashing contestants using their personal life and name-calling themOriginally posted by: NamelessKing
