I guess they didn't specify whose room it was because they are well aware ke iss fandom ka dimaag kis direction me jaata hai. Imgine if they had said it's her room or his room. Fans would have made things so awkward woh bhi tag kar karke...iykwim. They're trying to be cautious imo.

But the speculation would rest had they clarified kiska tha. They clearly said others were going to join. Plus joint interviews have to be given from one room. No one can question them for being together.

Not clarifying makes it more suspicious imo.

They don't want to make any official or public announcement as of now. If they had to rest the speculations, they would have clarified when they were asked directly about it by Ahmed. They may have their own set of reasons for not to do so but it's very evident from their lives and IVs how close they are. It's like they want to keep it low key but they're unable to contain their excitement around each other. It's very intial stage of their career and their bonding so they are probably figuring out how to deal with it. Once it's official you know na how media and fans literally keep an eye on their every activity and I think SaiShi don't like unnecessary gossips and controversies.
