Take away from today's episode

Raghav’s alter ego (LWR) says that Raghav never considered Pallavi as a wife in true sense…so we were always right, for him she was his compulsion, need and necessity which he named it as wife…because why would his alter ego lie to him, if that is not the way he thinks within…

He married out of compulsion, stayed in the marriage out of regret of defaming her and later he got obsessed with her when she became his need and necessity and the fear of loosing her forced him to stay with her…he never truly desired her…

Happy that his alter ego gave a reality check to him that he was acting purely out of selfishness and it was always about him…she and her rights and feelings was never a part of his thought process…there goes Raghav’s love out of window…love cannot be selfish…you cannot just keep thinking only about yourself in a relationship and claim it as love…

Thanks to the writers, at least for showing the true face of Raghav’s false claims of love…

Esha tells Pallavi, why didn’t Raghav give her the rights of a wife yet!!! how did she know about it, that is such a intimate thing that only a husband and wife would know…except Pallavi and Raghav no one literally will know that…Pallavi did not share it with her so did Raghav tell her that???

My my what actually did they imply with that line that how intimate Raghav and Esha relationship is that he went and discussed his sex life with his wife to her…really??? Kya tha yeh!!!

Best lines where from Esha to Pallavi as to how did her husband spend that night with her in the same room if he really loved his wife…kudos to you Esha..Pallavi darling you need to first check with your husband before raising a finger at Esha leave alone slapping her…it’s your husband who has wronged you not Esha…she has no moral responsibility towards you or your relationship…

All the questions raised by LWR were perfect…what will be the net effect of these question we don’t know but I am happy that at least the writers realized that it is not just the Deed, But Raghav indulged in much more severe than that which accounts to infidelity and selfishness…and the deed happened or not doesn’t change the fact that he engaged in cheating his wife with his Ex…

Thanks to the writers…looking forward for tomorrow’s episode..

Let me tell you I had the same questions in my minds after watching the episode and then the Precap in repeats . As far as How Easha knows about RR & Pals sex life I guess it’s bcoz Pals asked Keerti about how to seduce her hubby and later she cried about how she got rejected and with Sunny in the house that news went to Easha by all means . So no surprises there .

As for Ragahv not accepting Pals as his wife well that’s what LWR said and we have to agree to it irrespective of the fact the we were shown him to try to get close to her on several occasions and then things didn’t work out the way it should’ve been . Mainly during that Diamond necklace event where she slept off and he also did without disturbing her . But yes in a way he was like always sleeping next to her and not reacting the way he should’ve was pretty awkward for us . Now we always thought why their consummation wasn’t done and now we know why . He actually fell for her , became obsessed with her but never accepted her fully . Now I won’t say that he didn’t desire her bcoz he did . He kept on hallucinating her and also during hotel kaand he hallucinated her as well . So yes his desired her for sure but I guess he didn’t have the courage to be proactive and seal the deal Bcoz even Pallavi is extremely naive about it when she did try from her side he was guilty of cheating her hence he rejected her .
Now you know I’m not a fan of RRs actions and reactions right now and want him to suffer long and hard and redeem himself to become eligible to get back fPals again but I still feel that ONs wasn’t something he wanted to proceed with .Yes I blame him for his actions b4 and after that kaand till today when he snapped back at Easha but so far whatever he did or had been doing screams cheating in every way . But I do feel him not accepting Pals wasnt bcoz he desired Easha or something . It’s bcoz he felt Pals is too good for him and he doesn’t deserve her and it’s right Bcoz men like RR don’t get to be with women like Pallavi . It’s his moms choice to change him and in the process he also started to change but his dark past made such a huge damage to his mind and soul that he kept on doing blunders after blunders and today lost the love of his life . As I said I still feel he desires her but not ready to touch her and go all the way Bcoz of his inner guilt and dark past .Don’t know how to explain it but he has to let go of his past , his inner turmoils, his constant guilt and most importantly his dark past to be able to move on with her and be happy forever NOW this is what I felt LWR meant and might’ve happened given that what we’ve been served so far but yes according to LWR he did mention about Raghav wasn’t able to give her her rights of becoming a wife but whether it’s a situational issue or Raghavs personal issue about accepting her that’s something we’re yet to understand I guess . Now we don’t have time to see all that so I don’t how what makers are going to do

So, it could have been Sharada who blabbed about the celibate marriage. Who knows?

I was born and brought up in Canada, where I live now, but I speak Marathi at home and I write Marathi dialogues in my fan fiction whenever Pallavi or Deshmukhs are speaking to each other only.

I think I like your explanation of Raghav’s behavior most acceptable.

Sicku went too far with his EMA tadka and then checked out completely. Now we as the audience cannot relate to RR and all those beautiful moments we got In the show - every moment we celebrated previously, we now question. Unbelievable how Sickku ruined RR beyond redemption.

Agree he did approach for intimacy few times but it didn’t go the way it should have…but then all this intimacy from his end started at the Deshmukhs right..so did Mandar’s presence and his proximity to Pallavi triggered him to want to get close to her or did he because he wanted to…because his love confession was also triggered by Mandar’s arrival and the way Mandar stopped her from leaving…till that moment we didn’t get a whiff of his love for her…

Desire out of love and desire out of attraction/insecurities/jealousy are two different things…

For the amount of selfishness Raghav has displayed now, it’s hard to believe he loves her…love cannot be selfish…love leads to giving not just seeking…and above all when a person is in love they put the other person above them, if not always, most of the times…here for Raghav it’s always been him…his revenge, his need to marry her, his regret, his redemption, his sister above Pallavi, accident track, his insecurities, his business ways, his emotions for his Ex, his guilt so when and where is she in all this..and only today after LWR gave him a realty check that he decided to tell her the truth for her but even then he first went to Esha to tell her his decision..WHY??? Why should he feel obligated to tell Esha his decision to tell the truth to Pallavi…why did he bring her in between him and Pallavi….

Was he warning her about what might happen after he tells Pallavi the truth or was he threatening her to leave before Pallavi throws her out..because how confidently he said that he will do only what Pallavi wants and he is sure that after knowing the truth Pallavi will ask Esha to leave…

Trust me the more I go by his actions these days the more dubious he comes across..

As far as considering Pallavi as out of his reach, we’ll if he held her in such high regards then he won’t be taking her for granted the way he did…in fact it’s the other way round, he takes her for granted coz he knows she loves him irrevocably and no matter what she won’t leave him..it’s like Ghar ki murghi daal barabar…while Esha is his limited edition whiskey which he is addicted too.

I feel even though he has no feelings for his ex which he has voiced plenty of times, he did cheat his wife by withholding the truth of his stupidity of feeling sorry for and drinking with his ex and ending up in bed with her. Till he passed out on the bed he did voice out that he will take the sofa. The fact that he couldn't handle what he did caused him to lash out at the person he had wronged. This is extremely unfortunate because he hurt her more. Even if they go the usual itv way and prove that nothing happened his redemption is going to be more for the what she doesn't know won't hurt her attitude. This has been going on for a few tracks now. I know we all have this idealistic vision of love being selfless etc but the truth is human beings as a species are very selfish by nature. Not everyone's love is selfless and self sacrificing. It is very true here that Raghav does love Pallavi but he is inherently selfish. This added to his ptsd of losing those he cares about causes his rash decisions.He will do anything to hold on to her love lie cheat steal comit murder etc.

They may whitewash the ons but I have always felt he never cared about the ex it was always to make sure that nothing happens to her. He did not want to have another death on his conscience if he did nothing.

His cheating is not allowing his wife to be fully involved in making knowledgeable decisions about their life together. This is what I think lwr also meant by Patni ka Hak. They should make decisions together he always hides everything and goes about it like a lone wolf.
