Yes it was a mistake in the sense there's no reason (yet) to believe he wanted her dead and no reason to believe he knew the gun was loaded

But he is the co producer... Did you know gun went off three times before this incident on that movie set?

And the staff walked out that morning cz of poor working conditions so they hired someone inexperienced...

Baldwin says it was a low budget movie... So they compromise on safety? Really? Clint Eastwood and others have made so many low budget Westerns without killing anyone... They didn't even have the facilities available now... And did I mention Baldwin is also the producer of the movie?

Also since he's the one who pulled the trigger, it's also his responsibility to check the gun, not just the armorer and assistant director's

One comment online summed it up - If the scene demanded that he shoot himself by pointing the gun in his forehead would he have not checked it at least once 😛

Had no clue about those details, which now makes me think he should totally face a trial at the least. Why are prop guns even fully loaded in the first place? Make it make sense 🤔

Don't think he or anybody present on the set that day will be charged for anything... There could be a wrongful death lawsuit which might get settled out of court
