He is so self obsessed that he still feels guilty only because he is not able to accept that he is cheating her…he is ashamed of his own act..had he felt Guilty about hurting Pallavi then the next thing he would have done was tell her the truth and would have never faced Esha again…

He pushed his wife away after the hotel kaand because he felt ashamed of himself, had he felt guilty of hurting Pallavi he would have gone to comfort her…which he didn’t… each and every act of his and decisions he has been taking after that night is pure out of selfishness…

It’s nice to see people seeing through his facade called Guilt..

Excellent point. Whenever they show Raghav's remorse, it is always about how he feels bad and wants to destroy himself, not about how he made the other person feel helpless or worthless, and what actions he can take to offer comfort and affirmation to that person. It's so frustrating to watch, maybe that's why I haven't been able to leave the story behind without trying to write something more positive in fan fiction.

On the other hand he asks for one month to rectify his mistakes she gives it not because she wants to give but because she wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself….selflessness
