Every i would be dotted and t crossed. SRK would probably insist on it. I doubt he would want to create more trouble, and I doubt he would put Juhi in trouble that way.
Juhi would have had to show papers, whether she appeared in person or not. Not appearing in person makes it even more time consuming. it would mean she needed to authorize someone to get her financial documents, get her IDs, get them to tehsildar office, and get the certificate, all within the short span of <3 hours.
It's simply not possible it was done that day.
Even if she didn't go there personally, it had to have been done before, or they had someone ready AT the tehsildar office on EACH bail hearing day precisely for this purpose.
In either case, there is no way it worked without preplanning.
They obviously had her original certificates, they are required for verification and solvency certificate is valid for one month. They didn't have to go to the Tehsildar's office if the certificate was ready and if they were looking into this possibility then they would have their solvency certificate ready like a week ago, why would they go to Tehsildar's office after announcement of bail? It just seems like a last minute thing and Shah should have been mad at his legal team 😆

Juhi was prepared, too...and THAT was something the people behind this whole thing didn't count with...so, judge Patil got instructed to delay as much as possible and when this wasn't enough, someone got paied (or instructed) to cut the electric power for about half an hour...
Those who were behind the invitation just tried to make the family suffer the max they could. I'm sure, if SRK had not hired Rohatgi, they would have stretched the whole thing even more by making the HC-judge deny bail again. But one doesn't mess with a premium lawyer who also works in favour of the government.
It's a pity that Munmun (who isn't even acquainted to Aryan) had to suffer this long (but this also was deliberately done).
The bail order, too, is to show the power to SRK and to make the family suffer furthermore.

That's a minimum round-trip travel time of 2 hours between Malabar Hill and Andheri. Not to mention the time for getting the papers together for Maneshinde's son, then the documentation time at the tehsildar office.
And people don't usually leave financial documents lying around at home willy nilly. There is also the issue that her *no criminal record* status would need to be proved, which, going by passport application process, involves an application at the police station.
Unless Juhi is in the habit of keeping such papers ready and managed to send them by helicopter, the solvency thing couldn't have been done that day.
I *think* the application had to have been ready to go at a moment's notice, likely including the tehsildar who might have been alerted this was coming. I mean, if the expiration date came in 30 days, they wouldn't want to keep taking solvency certificates and would want to wait until the bail order was announced I imagine.
But that was possible because this was SRK, and he has resources. The common man would be running pillar to post.
Which also makes me wonder... there are random cases on celebs all the time, right? Which would mean no clean record? Maybe that's why SRK and Gauri couldn't do the surety themselves. Or is it that family can't do it?

The paperwork was surely prepared a minimum of a day before. There is no way she was simply called because of distance and had everything ready and got it done in the short time span of 3 hours.
The one possibility is that they had paperwork ready but didn't want any leaks, so they arranged for things to be done just in time.

Another complaint has been filed against Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Zonal Director Sameer Wankhedewith Mumbai Police on Thursday.
With the latest complaint filed by a lawyer Jayesh Wani, the number of cases against Wankhede, who is allegedly involved in the extortion case, has gone up to five.
Earlier today, the lawyer representing the state government informed the Bombay High Court that there are four different complaints against him.
In his Complaint to the MRA Marg Police station of Mumbai, Wani alleged, "He (Wankhede) has availed the benefits of SC reservation illegally and that is why he an FIR against him be registered under sections 406, 409, 420, 468 and 120 (b) of IPC."
"His father changed his religion before Sameer's birth," the complaint said.
