Who creates the situation is irrelevant. Individuals can be judged by how they react to the situation. Pallavi reacted honestly. When she woke up, she called Raghav to reassure him, because he was important to her. Raghav should have been concerned that Pallavi had "suddenly fallen asleep" at a party - is she narcoleptic, or was she drugged? Instead, Raghav snapped at Pallavi because he was lonely and insecure. His feelings took precedence over her health.
When it was Raghav's turn, did he act like a married man? Did he think about Pallavi's feelings when he shared a room with the "me too" woman? Did it matter to him that Pallavi wouldn't want him to get drunk with someone whom he had "kissed" in the past? When he pretended that the pleasure was happening with Pallavi, did he think of how intimacy with Pallavi should make her feel?
Is Raghav allowing Pallavi to make informed decisions about getting close to his defiled body? (Even if you are convinced that he was victimized, his wife has the right to know whether she's in a monogamous relationship; anything less is cheating.) Doesn't Pallavi deserve to know why Raghav is being harsh with her and gentle with the other woman? Should he allow her to fast for him and touch his feet, or go on a honeymoon with him, while he could have a communicable disease or the other woman could be carrying his child? Again, Raghav values his own feelings over Pallavi's health and dignity.
Anyone can check the forum rules if you have forgotten that mocking other members' opinions (sarcasm, speculation about what they would say) is not allowed.
Here's my answer to the suggestion that I would treat Pallavi as a victim if she looked outside her marriage.
I am writing a fan fiction in which Raghav observes Pallavi talking to Mandar in Marathi and sharing wedding memories with Mandar, then Raghav pleads with Pallavi to stay but Pallavi moves out, taking money from Raghav, Pallavi feels emotional and physical attraction and says yes to Mandar, Pallavi plans to annull her marriage to Raghav and spend Raghav's money on lawyer's fees for Mandar ... and I don't consider any of this to be cheating because she does it openly and for honest reasons. In my story, Raghav even tells Pallavi that he would take her back after she did "married life" with Mandar. Feel free to read the story and tell me your moral opinions.
