Gayu Raghav is very much in character and trust me anyone who is watching with an open mind will realise that R isn't butchered. They are working on giving him a beautiful redemption. Have you ever seen a man walk on coals like that for repentance? It's so beautiful to see someone repent so much. We as a generation are following a cancel culture and there's a lack of tolerance and forgiveness. We go so much into an idealistic picture (thanks to social media) that we forget human beings make mistakes but we need to give a chance to someone who is willing to repent.

It's easy to point flaws but difficult to make a show as brilliant as Mhrw. We dont give him enough credit (including me). Also, I'm used to watching pakistani shows and we don't even get a hug there but you know what it is the emotions that matter not a physical touching scene. Coz there are shows were a s*x scene will not even give you butterflies but in some shows even an eyelock will.
