Let's relive SAAKK Season 1 together from the beginning, as we manifest a Season 2 together!

I dont know if this was filler or not filler. I am still confused.

1. Loved how shaan pointed out that irrespective of helping anokhi, its HER CHOICE and he did no favors and had no expectations. This is what Shaurya needs to learn and unlearn the small systemic behaviors that he has been taught.

2. The look Devi gave when she got to know Shaurya visited Anokhi was hilarious. It felt he had married her and told devi to accept anokhi🤣. I always wanted to see Devi aastha face off but this one felt meh. Also, i did not like labor pain dialogue. A lot of women become mothers without giving birth. Good mothers. Slightly distasteful. But Devi is so evil she twisted the knife into Aastha with the divorce.

3. Shastha deserve better. Aastha's anger to the divorce shows how much this hurt her. Shaan trying to grasp on to anything to save them so that it does not hurt and Aastha trying everything to let it go so that it does not hurt. It hurts so bad! Its so evident, that these 2 people are so different yet they love each other. I honestly did not like AAstha becoming mahaan and saying they should get a divorce for gayatri and kanchan. While in this scenario, idk if it was being practical or foolish and sacrificing. It was a beautifully done scene! And amazing acting by Khalid and Deepa!

4. I really dont know what the saberwaals want. When they get what they want, they are still unsure. (LOVED THE SHOCK ON FACES!) Shaan's sarcastic 'I am awesome!' to Shaurya was well done because it was Shaurya who first got out the separation issue.

5. Shaurya still wont let her go. While on one hand AAstha is asking anokhi to reconsider (maybe because she knows she deserves better!) on the other Shaurya is racking his brain to stop them. I dont know why he hid behind the pillar. Was it his reaction to Aastha or was he unprepared for them to see him or was he plain ashamed?

6. Its all 'we shall overcome' untill he sees Ahir. He jealousy was beyond roof! When he pointed that Anokhi was happy leaving SIAC and laughing with Ahir, it felt he was referring to himself over SAIC. ACP bana watchman abhi and honestly, even i think Ahir has shown maximum interest in this case🤣

7. Now i am convinced with that 'hamsafar' dialogue and the slight bg change that they intended to show that Ahir likes Anokhi (maybe only a little)

8. Okay...what is it with shakhi and stopping cars. This again points out to how both of them are equally impulsive! (Also, how the tables have turned 😆)

9. Bemol...an unfinished story

Side Note 1 : I actually think they had a beautiful shastha story planned but the khalid fell ill and then lock down forced changes in storyl ine. Sigh!!!!

3-One of the best sequences in the show..khalid nd deepa's acting👏👏 I think it wasnt aastha becoming mahaan she was trying to justify the situation maybe ,she was trying to lessen the hurt she felt

9-I had zero interest in bemol ...dnt know what the makers wanted to do with them bt unlyk anokhi bhalla i cant give 2nd chance to molesters

This episode was meh type. I was only interested in the Shastha and Shaki scene.

Refusing to give the TC and then hearing Shaan say it is her decision, gave Shaurya a shock, as he was expecting her to be thankful to him and not leave SIAC. But Shaan's answer shut Shaurya up and for Shaan tosay, Aaj kal ho kya gaya ousse?Astha is slowly starting to notice how Shaurya behaves around Anokhi.

By the way, how did Alok come to know Shaurya has been to Shaan's flat. Again as a detective he failed to realise that Astha was there. Now why was Shaan hiding this from the sabherwal? It is his flat. he can invite anyone in!

Devi wanted to give Anokhi a lesson and her diatribe was really insulting but she got her own medicine in the form of astha.

As pointed out earlier the reference astha made to being a mother without labour pains was misplaced and cheap. But it also applies to her as she is mothering Anokhi. Also what about those who give birth and then abandon their child to others? Is giving birth the only way to be called a mother. Anokhi said about Astha, wo meri dousri maa hein... So where does this leave you.

Ok the scene between Khalid and astha was good, but at the end of the day, after 25 years no communication, Astha is finding it difficult to separate from Shaan? As for Shaan, it is definitely devastating as he has wallowed away his time in Astha's thought. But does divorce stop you from further wallowing?

Accepting to divorce to allow Gaytri and Kanchan to live in SM is crap...

I know I am hard, but these two have always been about themselves, Shaurya was a forgotten mistake?

By the way, after forcing Shaan to divorce, Devi was checking the papers as if she is the lawyer. That was cheap i think. As for Shaurya, did he not ask his father to chose between him and Astha, so now what happened, he even advised his father to come clean with astha. Now he is starting to feel the value of love and what a separation entails!

Ahir and his hamsafar dialogue, grates on my nerves. Yes, he is a good person, but his flitting around Anokhi makes me uncomfortable. Yes, he is interested and is trying his best, but can't he see she has no interest, except maybe for friendship...

Shaurya, hiding was funny. Maybe he was still not ready to face the reality and answer queries on why he is around.

And then, refering to Anokhi who is all smiles and not regretting leaving such a good institute. In fact he meant, him 😃.

Ss thought that a person who fought so much to get Anokhi into the institute would not let her leave easily. But it’s clear that Shaan never compelled her to join and now he wouldn’t force her to stay back. Yes he definitely took a stand and supported her.

I did not do her a favour, agar kiya bhi tho in return I won’t expect anything. It’s not our concern. These words hit Ss hard as his last ray of hope to stop Anokhi died.

What has Alok got against Shaan? Is he not his brother? Alok, Bm’s Chamcha with his Chamcha giri.. arrives with breaking news, the cause of Bm’s bp hitting the roof. Shaurya meeting Anokhi and Shaan allowing aadtha to stay in the flat. Does she have any respect at all towards other women? Her horrendous remarks about Anokhi starting a business… how could she even think of that. Her possessiveness for Shaurya and the fear of Anokhi getting close to Shaurya have made her lose her mind completely.

Lucky that Astha gave it back to BM and tried to clear the allegations on Anokhi but as soon as BM felt like she was losing, she pulled Astha down with the bitter truth that Shaan was going to divorce her and was only pitying her.

It looks like Astha though disappointed with Shaan for not supporting her was happy that he didn’t divorce her and this came to her as a shock. She believes that with the last strand of thread breaking,everything would fall apart, but for Shaan this divorce doesn’t really end their relation as this relation is much more than a sign on the paper. Shaan had to reveal the reason of divorce because Astha being a sensible woman raised a valid doubt as to how he was convinced for a divorce after such a long time? And Astha didn’t really hesitate once she knew the reason.

Sabherwals looked completely puzzled at Shaan’s announcement of signing divorce papers. Yes it might be for others but why Devi? She is the one who made a deal. And Ss he is such a confused soul. He doesn’t look happy. Looks like his heart and mind are in conflict in this matter from the beginning. His heart doesn’t want to see his dad sad but his mind wants to see Astha hurt but now his heart and mind are coming to agreement as he himself is head over heels in love for a girl( though he doesn’t realise yet) and can really feel what his parents might be going through. The sarcastic response of Shaan should’ve been enough for Ss to guess.

Shaan and Gayatri… such a lovely bond. If anyone really cares for Shaan it is Gayatri. Shaan explicitly stated to Gayatri the same as he told Astha. Their relationship can never end and it’s always Astha in his story.

Shaurya making his final attempt to stop Anokhi.., his dilemma to approach Anokhi in Astha’s presence and then realising the seriousness of the situation decides to go inspite of her presence. He once again retreats seeing Acp and the typical Ss one liners.. yeh ACP yahan bhi aa gaya and Acp kam watchman jyada lagtha hain… shayad kisi aur case mein Mann la gaya ho isne 🤣🤣🤣🤣

And I seriously doubt if there was some back story to Acp or is it I’m reading too much? He said he had personal work in kapurthala… is it a made up one to just be with Anokhi or ??

This was a filler episode and felt very filler-ish. It was all a set up for Aastha and Anokhi leaving for Kapurthala. Everything was a side note for me, no highlights!

~ I'm glad Shaan said that he didn't do any "ehsaan" on Anokhi and that he doesn't expect anything in return for his actions. It's something that Shaurya has to learn because the language of karz is all he understands.

~ The VIP gang and BeMol didn't get a storyline so their scenes come off as useless now!

~ Devi called to yell at Anokhi for staying at a man's flat by herself and got the much needed shock of knowing Aastha was staying at her husband's flat too! I hated this interaction for the zings they took at each other. Aastha said "bina labor pains sahe beta jo mil gaya". I didn't like the dialogue when I first watched the episode and I still hate it. I'm sure Aastha was supposed to have her reasons but it's a dialogue that is beneath her. I also hate that Devi revels in telling Aastha about the divorce. It almost feels like an eye for an eye. 'You hurt me about not having a biological child and I'll hurt you about your husband divorcing her'. I hate women fighting each other using societal standards as a weapon....using the titles 'mother' and 'wife' against each other.

~ Aastha is really weak when it comes to her most important relationships. She always calls out wrongs, but when it comes to Shaan standing by an emotionally blackmailed decision, she encourages him to 'vaada nibhana'. For a man who never stood by his wife or child, why would he stand by a promise?

~ It was sweet that Shaurya checked on his father's feelings after the divorce papers were signed!

~ Shaan and Gayatri needed more development. Tejvi and Alok are an interesting trifecta.

~ The ending scenes just remind me of Deba's birthday! Those were such great fangirling days.

again same brain...i hated that labor pain line...such poor taste...shows so much insensitivity.

poor guy kept dropping hints but because he doesn't do the grab and eyelock, anokhi is clueless. shaurya does the grab and eyelock and anokhi was still clueless! our topper is a little slow in the matters of love.

shaurya has always felt slighted by shaan, so it's understandable that he'd want to be a priority to the only parent he has around. i don't fault him for being possessive about his dad.

so i agree. but he's such a good guy who's just awkward and trying with a girl he likes. anokhi is just a tubelight. if shaurya wasn't around, ahir would be a decent option for anokhi. he's got a good job, a good heart, and he seems to be a good person.

yes institute = shaurya! siac and shaurya sabherwal are synonymous.
