Chondona - the worst mother and convoluting character

Disclaimer: If you are a Chondona fan, then this thread is probably not for you.

Chondona is the worst mother that I've seen so far, especially since Bishu's demise. A complete psychopath and double-standard person with what I've observed so far. She's far worse than the Chatterjees, Shreya, or (even mothers that have a grey-shade but have a sense of heart for their children at least whether they are vilified or not on ITV). She berated Kajal for his untimely death, pingponged over Kajal during the hospital controversy, criticized Kajal due to her affinity for societal prejudices, not attending Durga Pujo because of Bishu's demise but planning for Noina's wedding, banning Kajal from attending the venue, and today openly asking Kajal for her lazy-ass sister's wedding (who herself is an adult but is stuck as a 17 year old delusional kid).

What's worse is that Pishima & Kajal are getting executed as Mahaan characters who try to subdue themselves for Chondana's sake. The worst mother, I've seen.

I know incidents where people celebrate weddings even after 3 days of somebody’s demise (and not denying that some may have performed the any celebration right away) but what's worse is that Chondona openly asking Kajal for money when the business is still recuperating from Bishu's demise, the loan, the financial crisis, and Kajal's mental side somewhere or the other getting affected by this toxicity.

I'm sorry for this long rant but just decided to vent it out. The execution in itself is still weak but Chondona is behaving really terribly.

Hell yes!! You made her a separate thread. I already consider her "The psycho mother of the year". She is the reason I have stopped watching the show on tv and only bother to skip through the show in 5 minutes on Voot. I really wish they would remove her or write her out. Send her on a pilgrimage or the most obvious way, kill her character or anything. I see her face and I am like why do I hate a fictional character so much. Sneha Raikar is a good actress but I would like her character to be gone.

Don't expect this whole sending Chondona eradication because I doubt the makers care. Sometimes, I just wonder if Kajal is even the lead of the show or someone else. 🤢Was supposed to be about Kajal's journey but show is turned into toxic snoozefest thanks to inserting chondona for 10-15 minutes of an episode.

Also, Chondana wants to have a lavish wedding for Noyna very well knowing that Kajol has just getting the business back on track. This puts an extra financial and mental pressure on Kajol. So Kajol has to come up with the money but not be a part of the marriage. Hopefully, Dr. Anurag can help her with getting contracts indirectly and Pishima can provide some peace and comfort to Kajol amongst all this.
