In the US nurses have to mostly wear similar outfits to the hospitals, mostly plain clothes with no patterns.
I have seen all the colors of nurse uniforms and even in lavender and green similar to what KD and Alice are wearing😆
Only in pediatric ward nurses have patterned uniform to make it more colorful for the kids. But it still the pants and the tops😆

I have the same color as KD but patterned flannel one and another one is grey and pink.
My husband would never wear anything colorful like this. His is always grey or black sweat pants and a tee.
But he has several cargo pants like Shiva but definitely not lose fitting like him😆
