Gag order as bail condition is not rare in the U.S. when the case has public prominence. I assume this is the same in India. This is one thing that cannot be blamed on NCB.

And pretty certain court won't be fooled by associates speaking out.

😆 NCB kept saying that its hard to prove conspiracy and here people have found money trail between Aryan and a peddler

Anyway, One can only hope to see change in the situation, it seems NCB won't let it go and they'll involve big names to drag Aryan

The man got bail yesterday and is still in jail, nothing less than illegal arrest at this point

The system keeps disappointing, why they have made process of bail like this?

Absolutely not the same thing. The reasons gag orders are sometimes given in the US is because US courts have a jury system. It's so the jury can't get influenced. There is no such thing in India. And in that case, the prosecutions side would not be speaking either.

In this case, it's just a way to dominate. NCB will keep planting fake news as they've done through the month while the other side is expected to not clear up all the lies they are putting out. It can be circumvented though just as it has been for the last month. 😆

Abp/aajtak news is reporting that they needed 2 photos of juhi but they only had 1.. So they had to wait for the other photo... That led to the delay... Such pointless errors... Par jab waqt kharaab chal raha hota hai toh aise hi hota hai..
