Absolutely not the same thing. The reasons gag orders are sometimes given in the US is because US courts have a jury system. It's so the jury can't get influenced. There is no such thing in India. And in that case, the prosecutions side would not be speaking either.
In this case, it's just a way to dominate. NCB will keep planting fake news as they've done through the month while the other side is expected to not clear up all the lies they are putting out. It can be circumvented though just as it has been for the last month. 😆

It's truly sad though isn’t it?? If the prosecutor had anything against Aryan they would’ve presented it but they don't have it yet we have people who aren’t willing to see this fact at all. How can one just decide to shut eyes, ears and minds like that?? NCB sent the general for god's sake to oppose the bail so it's not that hard to understand if these people had any kind of confession it would’ve been presented in court. 🤔People from Lalaland still believes Aryan admitted to taking drugs. Lol kisi ke saamne bhagwan bhi aake bolega ki no drugs was found and no confession was taken they’ll still believe in the imaginary story in their head 😆
