Bcz RR loses all his smartness in the times of need. He never really uses his born smartness when required.
Cvs hv no brains to plan anything logically . Plus Sandip is biased towards Sunny. So instead of revealing his true colors , they married him to keerthi. And mujhse likhke le lo.....as the show is coming to an end soon....they will make sunny repent and he will become good or something. Phir Rao family complete. End of story.
