Did you think there were good grounds for grant of bail?
Desai: I think we had very strong grounds all along. As a professional, in my mind, there were no doubts that bail should have been granted earlier (by the Sessions Court). But we are at least very happy that it has happened here and I hope a good message (goes out) to all courts that this is the legal principle that should be followed.
There are all type of litigants and the benefit of these principles is clearly for those who don’t always have the ability and wherewithal to fight the system.
I don’t want him to apologise ever for this. I’m on about how some people wanted SRK to apologise just like Jackie C

I honestly don’t know how he managed to stay so calm and collected almost anybody would’ve lost their shit long ago. (like honest bhai is now before he even went to jail) Imagine having your kid in jail for weeks with all the money and fame SRK has and not doing nothing. He could’ve cried before cameras real tears, he could’ve paid the ransom, he could’ve posted in support of the government to try and get his kid back, he didn’t do any such thing and he will have his son soon!! Like i said I honestly don’t know how he did it but more integrity, intelligence, strength and calmness to the guy. Both father & son were unbelievable throughout this ruckus and it feels like they will only come out stronger. 💙🤍❤️
Yeah ❤️ Shah's integrity is commendable, at a point I was like he should have paid but the man is so strong and Mukul Rohatgi's arguments were a learning experience TBH, he was well prepared and countered NCB from every possible scenario, ASG looked weaker than Maneshinde today 😆

This case has opened my eyes to a very wrong side of Indian justice system. Draconian laws need a complete overhaul, you have to change them, you can't charge people for their thoughts and presume a culpable mental state. The agency can't use big words like International drug trafficking for everything. Even if Aryan is guilty of consumption or possession which was their case all along, the agency grouped all 8 accused together and misled lower courts by saying that the case is of commercial quantity when you add everything recovered from all accuse and that you'll establish a link between them to lay grounds of conspiracy. This whole case was imaginary, they had nothing but lower courts don't grant bail because the case was high profile and ASG was throwing his weight around by being late everyday and delaying the process, the same court granted bail to other accused with same case and same panchnama in absence of ASG

Okay. Ive heard so many things my head is swimming but I really thought at very first hearing his lawyer argued the drug tests were negative must have been a reporter’s spin or maybe he said no evidence of drug use and since I thought he’d gone for testing my brain heard negative drug test.
Anyway it would be really nice if they decide to let this go but if Rhea is anything to go by this is just the first battle. Either way today is a good day and hopefully tomorrow he’ll be reunited with his family and that will be a great day.
Edit after thinking about bold above: Wild speculation. If someone was really trying to blackmail SRK and if Aryan does maybe have a reason to not want drug testing maybe that was performative/threatening to get him to pay up. But also if you thought SRK might pay it would be easier to say the matter was cleared and Aryan could go free if there was no test. It makes not sense to me to take him twice for Covid tests and then quarantine him for a week but then much of this makes no sense to me.
