Naah , she ended up with Anurag in the end. Mr. Bajaj manipulated a lot. Finally Prerna gave in to him coz Komolika never stopped and Mr. Bajaj honestly loved her. But later Anurag won her over. He never gave up on her. So end game were Prerna and Anurag only.

I was too young to understand when that Prerna show was on air but what I got to know from my elder cousins was he was a spineless jerk and did multiple marriages and slept with all of them had children with each one of them...🤢 Fateh is god in front of him...😆

Nope they never got together. They died together in end bas. Also had 2 kids as well.
