It's not an ad hoc conspiracy...they would have found another opportunity to grab Aryan...but Wankhede is a conceited botcher surrounding himself with stupid goons full of self-importance...so they don't have a strong case.

And that is precisely why WA chats are NOT admissible in court.

Ok...they could be admissible only if there is other evidence to support it.

Like say, I message someone to get weed and then plan to meet them at a certain place for a party. The investigative team needs to follow through to see if someone actually got weed, if these 2 people met and smoked weed.

Otherwise, it is just plain text which could easily be manipulated by anyone.

I stopped using WA last year

I'm still shocked that they have not presented this evidence to court. I mean, the Sessions Court did NOT even look at the chat messages and pronounced the verdict of denying bail to Aryan on the basis of the Prosecutor saying that they think they will find some evidence.

Why didn't the Sessions Court Judge ask for proof? Ye chal kya raha hai?

How is the evidence (chat messages) not yet on record? How can anyone be sure that they are not being tampered with to fabricate evidence?
