The entire case is fake and the NCB just lies and lies and lies.

First made a fake joint panchnama where they pretended drugs like cocaine and ecstasy were found on Aryan. They couldn't even figure out his real age and came up with 26.

Then they lied about Achit Kumar and when he was arrested. HIs lawyer outright called them liars in court. All this was done to extend Aryan's custody.

In Munmum's case, no drugs were found on her but in the room. But the other roommates were allowed to leave. She has nothing else to do with anything but they had to grab a few extra people so it doesn't look like Aryan was the only target.

Then they set the plan in motion and got Amit Shah's paltu ASG to intimate the lower court judges. They deliberately keep wasting time, don't come when they are supposed to, keep taking breaks for lunches and tea times, etc. ASG's only strategy has been to figure out a way to waste time. Judges are also happily participating and constantly adjourning and reserving bail orders for 6 days on purpose.

Indian justice system is total garbage where courts are slow, lazy or sold-out. Laws are trash where people presumed guilty until proven innocent. Never heard of such shit. NCB themselves keep lying day and night and play media games and leak fake stories to harass people and build pressure.

It's disgusting. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

And some will still call this a fair trial and gloat at Aryan being in jail.

Anyone still thinking this Is a fast tracked fair hearing, let me remind them that two people who were detained AFTER they came back from the cruise were charged with possession Ans consumption… and they are given bail… aryan wasn’t in possession nor consumption…. He’s been in jail for 22 days…

Guys...delay tactics are fairly common and not just in India, but anywhere in the world. You can even keep delaying civil cases...something as small as a speeding ticket to Custody battles, Divorce settlements for months if not years.

The judge has to let the councils speak. At some point she will put her foot down. Nothing so far suggests that she is in cahoots with the ASG. She's just following procedure. Aryan will get his Bail, if not today then tomorrow.

So the hearing is postponed to tomorrow. Is there any quota of how many dates can a Bail hearing get or is it just countless? Then we will have real trial as well. 👏

This is really sad state of affairs. Why did Sambre start so late ? Is there any protocol in place to ensure everyone follows their time at least ? Working in corporate for so long I cant even begin to imagine a part of the world also functions like this
