No he said to incorporate Anupama's ideas in as well - Which is what a team does.

The staff has a meeting and they discuss ideas - improve or work on the ideas and make amendments. Not every idea is perfect or accepted. - modifications are needed which is what Anuj suggested.

The problem is Kavya likes being the centre of attention. Kavya has forgotten that Vanraj used to do for Kavya exactly what Anuj is doing for Anupama that time she did not think it was strange. So really she has no leg to stand on.

I havent watched the episode yet but going by what you all have written I feel Anuj should have spoken up.

But offscreen Gaurav has mentioned it lot of times, ye Anupamaa hai show ka naam so obviously Anupama ka character will be the one taking long lasting decisions. If they start showing Anuj all strong and powerful to show ke concept ki band bajni hai...women empowerment and all that. It will go to show men oppressing women just because he has power. Am sure usko fire kiya wahi ek bada msg hai to from the story perspective

Anuj might show off his power in front of Vanraj or that chipmunk Rohan kind log but not women. Fir wo Kavya hi kyu na ho.

the show is premised on Anupama’s journey and perspective so she will always be the focus, not necessarily right but she will be depicted as the hero.

I would hate fir him to turn into male Anupamaa and him calling guards and getting her chucked out would be very unlike him, he even said he wouldn’t do such a thing cause its against his ethics.

He should have given a jawaab like calling the police or FBI or putting a case on her or calling security guards to respectfully take her away from here boss koi bhi businessman apni insult nahi public or professional life mein sahega 1 baar hua to maaf kiya that also anu didnt favored kavya today toh anuj had full chances to show kavya her place , this is highly unacceptable behaviour from top notch businessman like him even my uncle who has own company ki employee ne passed comment on his daughter relationship I cant tell you the whole thing but he literally fired and put a case of defamation on her itna maan maryada mein kohi nahi Rehta in professional work place but yeah serial me logic kaha hai. 😕 Hope you understand..
