Yes that was very bad what Shivaay did but I hated him more when he called tia his wife at the reception. It was another big low that he didn't even acknowledge his wife, the one he forcefully married.
But they did have an organic growth. The only reason I loved Raghvi is that they were more balanced and R did have a beautiful redemption.
ITV almost never gets redemption tracks right. IDK why, it's not like we can't handle a little bit groveling on the ML's part lol. Shivika had an organic growth but that whole track (forced marriage by threatening+ emotional and physical violence+ treating her like trash by giving tia the rights etc) left such a sour taste in my mouth. Raghav's redemption is by far the best one I've seen on ITV: it was addressed well, Pallavi didn't go all "you don't have to be sorry jo beet gaya woh beet gaya" and he didn't demand forgiveness (after Amma's advice) but rather worked to earn it.
You know, this is perhaps why I'm wondering if they'll address any of the current issues going forward. Raghav has always been stupid but he has always tried to amend his mistakes too. IDK if we'll get a proper scene where he addresses the seduction sequence or his inability to keep his promise of not drinking, either through words or his actions. From the looks of it I don't think we will but I want it so bad yaar Ren.

Yeah since 2019 nahi hua. Pata nahi if they'll do it this year with COVID restrictions and all.
Seduction sequence toh literally bhool bhool. I think they forcefully added that part just to pacify fans or something That could’ve been the perfect base for Pallavi to give him silent treatment and then Raghav realizing what a blunder he did. Usske baad dikhate ki Raghav is trying to make things normal. Par nei! Agle din Pallavi was asking for a champi🤢

Yes it was beautiful and that got me hooked on this show. I don't think I'll ever love any show as much as Mhrw or any couple as much as Raghvi/ Saishi. I really wish Ru they address the hurt he caused her. It will be so unfair and out of character for R to miss this.
