As far as I know Raghav he could have easily cut off Esha saying you are right I am changed man now and that is for good. Raghav is absolutely now incapable to do anything, much less, anything right, and is only sulking, guilt-tripping, sorry to say but barking, while Pallavi is only preaching, having no follow up emotions and is only present in scenes to suit other's track.

They change the nature of the leads to suit tracks. They dumbed down pallavi and made her helpless and speechless in Mandar track and now they are you doing the same for Raghav in this track. All of a sudden they lose their rational thinking and independent analogy.

I was thinking on the same lines. Raghav does not own a chain of saree shops, he is a Jeweller and has indepth knowledge about his business.

Pallavi till date wasn't interested in his true craft, the same goes for Raghav Rao. All of sudden she wants to crack a business deal. It is ridiculous as a seasoned business man will take her for a ride and she may incur losses. Farhad taking over is another ball game altogether, he has got sufficient experience and is literally running Jayati Jewels

The writers are making fun of their own characters these days.

As of now Raghav is caught between Esha and Pallavi.

One wants him to become Mahatma Gandhi and the other is rooting for Subhash Chandra Bose.

I am ignoring the ONS, emotional blackmail and RR's commandments of thou shall not share anything with wife.

The Western dress of Pallavi, we all know by now, is of pallavi attending raghav's meeting, and surprise surprise, she'll bag/save the deal for him. This sudden participation of palavi in raghav's business is only an indicator that after the separation (emotional/physical) Pallavi will be acting pricey, giving attitude to raghav and attending his office work, as a stake holder in the business, and to give tahsan to rr and act like an independent woman.
