He should be in Jail.
I don't know about legal things but what I read is that he himself accepted and had chats which were directing towards Drug peddlers etc. That's illegal and he should face what a common citizen should have faced (plus the Media response for being a star)
I don't know why people were so aggressive there, SRK ne meri Bhais nahi churai ki mai personal khunnas nikalu. He was my fav actor
😆😆.
No I wasn't saying you are biased one way or the other, I'm saying there's a double standard here when it comes to Whatsapp chats. I'm not a 'fan' , and even if I were I'd have no problem admitting it's quite likely that they were actually going to smoke up. Tons of people do. But that's the difference between being pretty sure and being confronted with evidence. When a body like the NCB relies on assumptions and vague ass interpretations of chats it's quite disturbing.
Edit : - If it turns out the prosecution can prove he's broken the law then by all means he should face the consequences. But when they try to project it as a major drug bust ,as if they've nabbed somebody from a racket , theyre being dishonest and are selling a story.
This moral angle , oh yeh log kitne gire hue hain, kanoon ki izzat karni chahiye , which seems to be the tone the media is using , should apply to everyone else too who has broken the law including ones among them. But we don't see that accountability. Which is what makes this whole thing look fishy.
