Tejo: She is mature and capable of handling her problems. The only challenge she faces is that jass is so much stronger physically and she is also scared of being sexually abused. Now this is not explicitly shown on the show, but the dialogues say so and jass has also physically abused her.

She has not forgotten that fatejo were anyways heading for a divorce and she has no haw on fateh. With fateh showing concern, tejo likes it, or atleast she wants his concern, but does not want to attach herself because whether her marriage to fateh is legal or not, they are anyways seperating. Tejo is still more hurt by her moments with fateh being questioned than anything else. Tejo loves fateh immmensely, deeply. and when you lvoe someone so deeply, a lot things take a back seat, including your sanity & self respect. Fateh cheated on tejo, but she still loves him. And that is ok. She wants to and onscreen also is willing to spend her life with those memories. (I have come across a few people in real life who lost someone they loved due to different reasons, and they were content spending their entire life with those memories).

So, for tejo, it will always be fateh.

Fateh: He deeply cares for tejo. He wants to help her, but is confised how to do so. He is a simple, but somewhat complicated person. A lot less mature, in some cases, absolutely immature to deal with the problems in his life. Hence, why he is being manipulated so easily. HE has had things handed to him, whether it be a succesful boxing career (he practiced for it, but his family supported him), he got jasmine with relative ease due to tejo's support, he stood and won against his family to go to canada, he got a job in canada in the first go. So, he is used to getting his way.

With jasmine, it was an obsession. And later ego. He is thoroughly confused, which was obvious with him not saying anything about jasfa marriage. But, even in his confusion, his wrong decision, all he cares about is tejo. HE is not happy that he will get married to his so called love, but wants to help tejo. He might be going wrong about it, but his intentions are to help tejo. His BFF. Not his wife, cause he knows he doesnt deserve her, which he clearly said in the divorce proceedings.

Even the flashbacks were of Fatejo as friends, not a couple.

Now this becomes important, for the future. If fatejo are to be together, they have to break apart, and restart. Now you cannot erase the past, but you can blur it.

Sometimes before any relation can start, he needs a setback, a shock. Fateh needs this to realise howmuch tejo means to him.

Since, fateh is the one who cheated, i would be ok if he realises hsi mistake late, and feels guilty, BUT, tejo is involved. For her sake, I would want fateh to realise that caring so deeply for someone and wnting them to be happy and safe, wanting them near you is the first step to limitless love.

Whether fateh deserves tejo or not, is debatable, but the one question that is not required is whether tejo deserves fateh. Because, all things done, tejo still loves fateh and in her heart would want him, but completely. Heart, mind and soul.

Fateh with jasmine: absolutely confused. doesnt care about what mistake/ steps he takes as long as tejo can be helped. He wants to help tejo and is willing to do anything. Jasmine, an arrogant egoistical brat does not realise that even if she gets married to fateh, he will never be hers. Cause he is doing everything for tejo, not jasmine. She doesnt realise that love is not stamping your name on someone, but being someone's with mind, body and soul.

So, in the end, tejo loves fateh and she might move on in life, but i doubt she can move on with another man. Even if she does, while she would be faithful and loving, she might not love that person as much as she loves fateh.

Fateh is confused, and needs to understand the meaning of love, before he can love tejo, or anyone else.

Thanks for taking the time to analyse this. I think you've expanded this well.

Fateh needs to go on a self-discovery journey before thinking of loving anybody let alone having a best friend. He's abandoned Buzzo and Tejo pretty quick without even asking them. If my friend does something, I'd confront them instead of letting it fester. You love them. Why would you not want to know why your friend betrayed you?

@Bold - That's much more plausible. We see this in her every action. Her mind knows she owes him nothing. Her heart refuses to let him suffer despite it. We saw that when Fateh was sent to jail. Whether it be inhibitions or cautions, she might not love someone with the same intensity that she had for Fateh.

I don't know why people are still justifying Fateh by saying he is confused. Nope, he is not. He has chosen to cheat Tejo, he gaslighted her. He very well knows what he wants from his life and he is very selfish like his ibadati love. He is an opportunist and User of highest order. He wants Tejo in his life for his own good. The day he will be stable in his married life as well as Financial life with Jasmeen, he will again throw Tejo out of his life like a fly. He is least bothered about Tejo and the after effects of his EMA on her life. He feels bad that he couldn't love her, he cheated her, yes, he is guilty but in noway he regrets his descision of cheating. He has justified it way too many times saying halat hi kuch aise the. So it's clear that he's not regretting of cheating her, breaking her. He wants her forgiveness, he wants her to be normal with him, he wants to get married to J with T being happy about it. Because if T is okay then the families will also agree for the marriage. He's only been thinking about himself, he's concerned that this guilt will never go and that's bothering him more than Tejo's suffering.

Also about confusion he's not confused about his feelings, he's sure that he loves Jasmine only. He's not a totally bad person from heart unlike Jasmine that's why she still cares about Tejo and her wellbeing. He doesn't want Tejo to be harmed by anyone unlike Jasmine again. That's all feeling that he has for Tejo. There's basically nothing for him to realise apart from regretting choosing Jasmine in his life. But then again, we can't call it love from his side.

Basically we got played, there's nothing like FaTejo exists, neither emotionally nor legally.

For fateh's realisation even if it happens that they show him developing feelings for it, she is not gonna accept him even if she still loves him. Trust is not there.

If they bring a new guy initially she wont love him but later on she might. Who says love only comes once in our life. Time changes desires changes taste changes

Let me put it this way. When f realises he loves t , she would have found a new love.

F realisation for t is gonna take time . He will be more on punishing himself for loving j etc. Perhaps a little on devdas . Will take time to move on as t wont be there to support him. He will have to fight alone

They can take this route as well

Wonderfully explained...👏 These are my exact understanding of Fateh the character or his lack of it. There is no FaTejo as of now neither it was earlier. It could have been but Fateh let us all down along with Tejo. The only realisation that he will be having that he was being played by Jasmeen just like Gippy, Tejo and everyone else, that he is no exception to her games.

The moment he got jasso back, he didn't take a moment to cheat on Tejo.

But what I see is they are degrading him more and more instead of redeeming him in a proper way...I don't know what they r upto...but if they continue like this...trp will definitely come down and they need to bring some new ML at any cost

At this point I am not even sure if they want to redeem him.

At some points it feels they'll bring fatejo together but other times it feels like they hv taken easy route to TRP that is called Anupamaa...

So let's see what they'll do... they hv kept both options open...

She wants his concern, his care but she knows he is not hers anymore ... so she is saving her self from more heart break by pushing him away ... that's completely right ... with my personal experience I can say when we love someone but same feelings are not reciprocated, its difficult to stay in touch nd don't feel the heartbreak.. even if one accepts the reality but whenever that person does even a smallest of thing for you, you start hoping again which lead to more heartbreak.

So I am kinda liking how Tejo is not giving into her pain nd accepting the shoulder of guy who has hurt her in worst way possible...

Now coming to fateh whatever you said might be true but problem is makers failed to show it.

They butchered his character and now honestly I just can't connect with him anymore ...

I understand he wants to help Tejo but him getting manipulated by jasso for everything is just major blunder by makers. They r making his character more worst by doing it ... he was nvr like this ..

Pre-Ema fateh was smart , he had his own brain who can judge ppl's intentions well.. but now that is missing ..

I miss old Fateh... he nvr loved Tejo even back then but this guy had a personality of his own which was pretty much lovable.

Now coming to jasfa well I would not say much about them ... jasso is punishment of his all deeds..

And guy is just blind to see it ...

and for jasso she might win Fateh as trophy with all her manipulations but she'll nvr get the old Fateh who loved her madly ... jasfa hv no future for sure.

@bold: this is the main problem. they are too obsessed with jassu. I wonder if someone from the production has an ibadati love for jassu and they superimposed it on fateh 🤣
