The names that Nishant had to take for nominations was the third level of the punishment the contestants were getting because of "niyam ullanghan" If I see from strictly that point of view then he was not wrong in taking Umar's name because he was shown sleeping in the beginning of the episode and also he was touching the glass door which was strictly against rules. Infact when Vidhi told him not to do that he said if you have any other strategy to stop GW when we are hiding maps then tell me.. This is the only way I know and I will do it. P.S- Shamita should stop saying anything about rule breaking. She constantly speaks in english and BB never says anything. Today BB interrupted Nishant and Umar.. why never Shamita? But when afsana confronted Nishant if basis was niyam ullanghan not personal relation...then why she ??not pratik as pratik broke the glass.... Nishant started saying abba dabba jabba..he didn't have answer

Yes he was not consistent with his reasons.. I said that earlier. If afsana was nominated, Prateek shud've been too. But the reason he gave to nominate Umar was valid. That's all Im saying.
