It was D-Day , they were going to get divorced today
Regret was the only thing he felt
What if he could stop this from happening ?
What if he hadnât been stupid?
What if he controlled on his anger?
All possible âwhat ifâsâ and âcould haveâsâclouded his mind
âLetâs give us a chance pleaseâ
He heard her speak
His head sprinted up upon hearing her voice
She looked surreal, in a dark blue Kurta with white plazo
âI donât want to give up on us. The past few days have made me realize that from the very beginning my life has revolved around you. I couldnât see you with someone else even when we claimed to hate each other, and now that you are mi-â
She stopped midway

He asked with hope
âNow that you are mine I canât see you with anybody. The things you do with me canât be done with anyone else. â
She said authoritatively
âSince when am I yours? I have always been the jungli gawar of your lifeâ
âYou will forever be my jungli gawar. Thereâs no changing that , but no one other than me can call you thatâ
âIâve started to like youâ
He confessed
âYouâre mine.â
She said
And that was enough assurance for right now
Both of them knew they had a lot of talking to do, but thatâs for later. Each otherâs presence is what they need the most right now.
