Dinner scene

Gautam says loan is approved and appreciates Rishita for getting the loan.

Rishita tells Dev that she did it and will get their first payment of lakhs the next day.

Dev is still skeptical and asks the terms of the loan

Gautam gives him the papers, immediately MBA topper says there is a problem in this loan.

Shiva asks kaunsa problem

Dev says they will release the first amount tomorrow.

In the meantime if they don't like the way we are doing or they are not happy with the progress, then we have to pay the first amount within days with interest.

Gautam says what does this mean?

Dev explains the terms and conditions (please watch this, I cannot type Dev's dialogues) he is speaking a lot.

Basically they are screwed and they don't have 5 lakhs cash + 10% interest on hand if something happens to the project
