Fletcher Patel is a friend of #NCB official Sameer Wankhede and his family.I have presented 3 different Panchnamas where Fletcher Patel is a Panch.Question arises, Can a friend of an NCB official be allowed to be a Panch ?Is it legally allowed ?

I agreed with him at first but the other day while speaking to reporters he involved case of his Son in law with Aryan Khan therefore I do not trust him or any other political party at the moment, they are milking the situation

I don’t think he ruined NCB’s credibility, I watch news and I have seen the shift in narrative after NCB’s clear delaying tactics, Nawab Malik helped at first but the narrative changed after various lawyers spoke on the case for TV audience and Live Law/Bar bench reports for social media, You won’t see the same shift in narrative on YT as Harish Salve said that people get happy seeing a rich man in trouble

People are vocal now because like us everyone can see how ASG is coming late and delaying the proceedings

I live in India, my neighbor is a BJP supporter we spoke on this issue everyday and he agreed something was wrong when they delayed it 5 days, do you see the blatant misuse of power is an eye opener not someone who is coming up with excuses, he didn’t even get screen time in media today and if he really wanted to help the case, he would have gone to Police to look credible. If nothing else

Sorry but you're being way too idealistic. The world doesn't work that way. It doesn't matter who is trustworthy or not. What matters is what and who is helping at the moment, even if they're doing it for their own gains. There is not a single party who will do anything out of the goodness of their hearts. Dismissing them for that reason is just plain foolish.

A regular person cannot stand up to a political party like the BJP. The only reason the tide is turning is that other political parties have jumped in on the other side. Even those lawyers on TV would not have come out on Aryan's side if the NCP hadn't dirtied up the NCB and showed people their nasty tactics. If these people weren't on Aryan's side, it would have become even harder for SRK.

Fans are also spreading the message.

Also, even though there’s a lot of IT cell that is at work in India. It’s not like they aren’t analysing what people are thinking and putting up online. People are not foolish. There are a lot of credible Youtubers as well that people follow. The film fraternity has also come out in support. people are showing up at his house to show support. People even trended SaveIndiafromBJP. A tactic can work once, not all the time. This ain’t Rhea. Fans will end up digging out stuff NCB may have never thought.

Nawab Malik has single handedly exposed the allegedly 'murky' work being done by NCB. This agency was after bollywood, Mumbai's glamorous, most prestigious industry for almost an year. With @nawabmalikncp
