She has self respect that's why decided to leave the house. Her emotional attachment towards virat & his family makes her melt for virat tears easily. It's not easy to live as a orphan especially for a pampered child like sai. She don't even know what is marriage relationship let alone toxic relationship. People around her always talks to her about saving her relationship with virat. Even samrat & pulkit never had a talk with her to make her understand that she is in toxic relationship. Yes. She said she will leave house & she did. She stood by her words. It was so difficult for her to take the decision to leave the family with whom she formed an attachment irrespective of their behaviour towards her. Still she left the house when she was being ill treated beyond the limit. Fate had other plans. And she ended up in hospital. She is in most vulnerable state both physically & mentally & the people whom she is attached are caring for her. They are wanting her to return to them. But zero grudges or forgiving easily doesn't imply no self respect naa. It could also mean you are emotional , will forgive but not forget.
