Salman doesn't get much into strategy. He only goes in to moral judgements.

I think they did the right thing. Simba was out before they make a deal to play together. Sanchalak was with vishal so he could easily kill 3 leftover people from deer team one after another. They knew they will not win but they will stay longer in the game and get advantage from vishal later on too when he is inside
