I'm feeling bad for almost anyone who's tried to get bail in India and is sitting in prison still waiting What is this clownery? Why is this taking so long? The judge knows the law and the charges. Why this need for melodramatics and playing to a jury that doesn't exist? The way the ASG is presenting this case makes it beyond obvious that this arrest and these hearings are being played for the media alone.

I really have no faith in this hearing when the sole purpose is keeping him in jail for as long as possible because we all know HC will do their ghatiya wali insult for this
