Yes Udaan is a really good one.

For me, Wake Up Sid takes the cake. It's a movie which adds dollops of heart-warming sequences to the whole coming-of-age story, and makes it raw, believable and very sweet as well. I can watch that movie again and again.

Aisha is another coming-of-age story from the female point of view.

IMO, Rang De Basanti is the best coming of age movie with a strong social messaging I love these guys and wish they had had a better end, but what more honourable way to die than for your freedom and the greater good?

Alia Bhatt’s epic and most fabulous performance, after Udta Punjab. The outburst at the end where she reveals how she was sexually fondled by a relative was hard hitting.

And Randeep Hooda with the angst. They were beautiful together and healed each other ❤️
