As a mother, Suman is not wrong. She has a right to expect the best for her son, and to expect a girl for him that makes him feel happy and secure. But not even talking to her son and understanding his feelings, not listening to her son even though he has clearly told her that he doesn't want to remarry -- that's where Suman is wrong.

The way Suman treats Raavi is also wrong.
