Previous, the romantic date after mandar track, the BTS gave hope that SR will happen, but we got only got disappointment. This time the BTS pic itself doesn't excite as we know again nothing will happen. Previously Pallavi slept off, this time RR will avoid.
How I wish that this scene is after Pallavi knowing the truth, exposing the conspiracy, clears RR name then plan this night. And RR looking not disinterested, instead thankfull that he got a wife like Pallavi. Hence the back hug pic. And the pic where Pallavi advancing towards him for kiss, well pic can be deceiving, but maybe he too will advance.
This makers can show all the side actors SR except for leads. It just becomes too illogical sometimes.

Then pallavi and sunny will get to hotel and only see Esha. Pallavi will ask esha about raghav and she will deny. Sunny will see raghav getting in car and driving off and will wonder what happened. After that raghav will be ashamed and will feel guilty and wont be able to face pallavi. She will think he is worried about business and also seeing ex and working with her etc and will try to cheer him up which is where that romantic scene comes in. He will feel even more guilty and will walk away giving excuse of work. Then on festival day, sunny will open the kaand. Either he will blackmail raghav or join hands with esha maybe or something and pallavi will get to know truth.
