Going by your logic Aryan Khan is a druggie already as he is in jail, even though there is no drugs found on him?

Please keep ur BJP hate to yourself and let the law take its course. We already know what the farmers are capable of, from the lynchings itself.

Lol did I for once say aryan did not take drugs?? There are strong proofs against him and he confessed that he was taking it for 4 years

I think in the starting of the topic I confirmed I am not targeting any party. If the party had to be targeted then I could have said many things but instead I just tried to gave a neutral view

The answer to your question is

Number of people watching movies and following celebs > Number of people following politics.

Edit: Okay now I see that you've mentioned you're not talking about people on IF. I skimmed through it. My mistake! Apologies.

I can understand that but I still I can see no one was interested at all in talking about it. Secondly aryan has been arrested so what more is needed??

Anyways I am happy that you understood my point hence let's peace out

Well, I have non-film follower friends mostly, and they are talking only about UP case, not about the "kids".

If SM platforms are full of Bollywood related tweets, then perhaps, there are more people who follow these things...

Because....

We are a country where if we see a fight happening on the street, we call the entire neighborhood and start recording it rather than calling a policeman or trying to break it up.

We are a country where a movie star or dirty politician or a cricketer is worshiped as a god but a doctor/social worker/teacher/koi bhi ho who does some sort of service to the country is beaten to death for trying to do his or her job.

We are a country that has a judicial system which allows an clear gang rape case like the 2012 Delhi rape to be dragged on for years till 2020 to give a judgement and god knows how many cases are left without any conclusion while the rest of the country is more worried about how does the ruling party head eat his mangoes or the opposition eat their Italian pizza.

Honestly, I could go on and on and on.

But, in short, we are country that has it's priorities WRONG.

There are still people in this country who want to serve the country, who want to make it better, who do something even if it's the smallest thing that can help another person disregarding their color, caste, creed, religion but unfortunately, that constitutes a very small portion of this huge population.

If 10% are worried what kind of future they are leaving their children to with their current decisions, the remaining 90% of this country wants to know what Aryan had for breakfast today morning in his jail cell.

Before people start jumping at my throat, CLEAR disclaimer: I am not pointing at ANY of your favorite political parties 😆 I blame myself as much as I blame the people of this country for having their priorities wrong.

I have no problem with following things but why giving so much importance to a some celebrity instead of things happening in country. And this was about some innocent lives

Because unfortunately, our country-people are celebrity worshippers...

And phir fame ke chakkar mein humanity bhul jao. And media walo ke liye to bas celebrity ki life hi zindagi hai🤔
