Mandvi and Bharat are separated for the 14 years as well, but she continues to live in the palace to take care of the mothers along with Urmila and Shrutakirthi.

Bharat dores visits Ayodhya once a while to check on the mothers and for things to be done in the kingdom but never stays overnight. He would return to Nandigram.

God..now I am scared..

If those idiots modify the story to show mandvi accompany bharat to lead a sadhvik life....

PS.. thanks Prema.. I never knew about this part of ramayana.. abt what happened to mandvi..i always love to hear mythological stories..the more information,the more interesting it gets..but I dnt like watching mythological shows though..I have only watched the first mahabharata.. and that will always be special..but everything else I could never connect..

At this point, I wanna skip the whole sequence. I just hope they change characters for different scenes because of Alice's sadhvi look.... Mandavi stays in Ayodhya to take care of the family, so that doesn't make sense... I don't want Deshita to be playing Lakshman and Urmila in any emotional scenes, or any scenes at all... Even if I look beyond the fact that neither are aware of the concept of sacrifice, they probably still won't be able to pull of the characters because the actors just don't have that CHEMISTRY!!!

Kds pic has made me excited to watch it..it does look like a good scene..anyways..I dnt knw..if they mess up the whole ramayana on their will, I might as well bash them after watching..until then hoping for a good.
