I mean Supriya and jagat Rawat are ah mazing. Like brilliant but noone else on the show compares to them truly. Their other shows I've watched and have watched a play by jagat Rawat. He's amazing.

Shaheer is fine but nothing mind blowing ya kuch. But you can't fault because Bollywood also lacks good actors. Nepos etc so people don't have a basis to judge.

Fans when they love...they love wholeheartedly... blindly. Unko sab kuch acha lagta hai apne fav ka.

But when they get upset...khatam... celebs are treated worse than the dirt beneath their shoes.

Even in ITV there are so many actors who are bad. Kitna ganda acting karte hai. Most of the actors make it here coz of the role they are offered. If the part has lots of swag in it and the actor is good looking...deal done. You will gain fans and hailed as the best thing since sliced bread. One particular actor comes to mind who made it only coz of the role offered... otherwise he has just mumbled in whatever episodes I've seen.

Shaheer ka pata nahi...SP MB and here .. he's again the weakest performer as per me.

Shaheer was mediocre in SP MB but he was really good in S1 IMO. Dev had some really good scenes (given the kinda scenes leads get on TV, Dev had so much more scope & Shaheer did well. My favourite performance remains what he pulled off in the Dev ki deewaangi track. There are so many scenes in that track where Shaheer and Erica were really good. That office scene where Sonakshi comes to meet him, the confrontation with Ishwari about the horoscope when Dev walks off, Sonakshi confronting Ishwari & of course the final engagement sequence- I think they both were good/great in a lot of these scenes. Of course credit goes to the writers/director/music director to a large extent but these two managed to do well. They aren't as bad as it's made out to be at times (based on Erica's performance in KZK or Shaheer in this season). They are good/decent when they are ably supported by a script and when they give it their best. Of course they are glorified as best actors by their FDs but every FD is delusional and lives in a bubble that their favourite is the best ever. And the ones who don't like them make it sound like they are the worst actors who made it based on pure luck. The reality is usually somewhere in between for most actors IMO

I think Shaheer might be a better actor when compared to Erica but in this particular seasyhe has been lousy...he didn't have the intensity that's required. Sleep walked through most of the scenes. Looks ka toh pucho mat! Multiple shows ka kya hai...many actors have done it in the past and except for schedule related concerns... I doubt many had issues with their acting for most of them.

Completely disagree with you. I was MB and I wasn't even his fan. He did his job well.

Guys I think y'all took my post wrongly. I wasn't trying to create sympathy for shaheer. Even I know that all of them are just making money out of our beloved show, which is close to the fans heart but for actors and producers it's just a show. Even when fans say that they came back for us, I know that it's all bullshit and they are here only to make money.

I know he didn't perform well in this season, he was clearly looking disinterested and that showed with the way he tried to experiment with his look inspite of knowing that dev is a business man and he needs to look at his best.

I'm just saying that just because Erica is quitting and shaheer is staying because there are reasons for it like I mentioned that he has always said in his interviews that he would never leave a show midway because he thinks that producer has showed faith in him by roping him for the show and it's his duty to support them even if the storyline goes wrong. Ya money ka matter ho sakta hai but recently in his ivs he said that he wants to wrap up his shoot so that he can spend time with his daughter and family. He is still doing the show inspite of not getting any scope to perform because he has given his word to the ph.

And frankly I'd be the last one to say that actors are working for fans, even in yrkkh the lead pair are still working even though they killed one part of the ship and then introduced fl as new character and got them married. The fans rebelled but still they are doing the show only for money and because they know that if they quit midway their producer would hold grudge against them. But still their fans try to gain sympathy for them saying that the producer is using them for his own benefit.

In short some actors think only about their character and the money and some actors think about the show, they prioritise the show which gave them fame and name and the money, even though things are going onscreen.

After yrhpk ppl noticed her, she gained an active fan base on twitter and insta. Even now after one year of yrhpk going off air if you check her tag section it's filled with her pictures and vidoes from show with Shaheer, they are hardly or no posts from her previous show.

His coactors worked but they got backing from Shaheer. If he posts one picture with any of the cast member their followers start increasing rapidly and that's because Shaheer's followers start following them. And that show inspite of being an RS show, was a mixture of his previous shows and had very weak storyline, if any unpopular actor would have been casted as abir then neither the show nor its actors would have been this famous. The same strategy RS is using now by casting Harshad chopda as new ml of yrkkh.

Sorry for barging in, but I could say this about Harshad too. Before bepannah, none of his shows are remembered by the people neutral to him. I can credit all his fame to Jenny, because she's been an established actress right since DMG days... But no, if I do that, there'll be fans who'll attack me unnecessarily. Har jagah male actors ke fans aise kyu hote hai, Fl successful ML ke wajah se aur ML khud ke wajah se??

Honestly I have no clue about the circumstances around yrhpk, but your post just didn't sit well with me...

LOL say it Kisne mana kiya hai, I can say this is Shaheer's case because he has only worked with unpopular or newbie actresses. So all his co actresses get an added advantage. Even now since Harshad would be the most popular one in New yrkkh, his costars would also get benefited. If only his fans are smart enough to hype only him and his jodi then the cast might not get much fame. But since shaheer fans like to butter and hype every actor who has good bond with him, and due to this unnecessary hyping of other characters and actors his character is only one who is most affected in the show due to this.

Even in future if shaheer works with Jenny then he might also get some share of fame because of her. After working with hina only for one mv, they have managed to create a good fan base of Shahina shippers. I won't deny that hina is bigger and more popular actor than shaheer.

Honestly, while I get what you are saying, as far as ITV is concerned, the ship has to click for the show to become popular. Yes Shaheer was more established than Erica when KRP started but Kuch Rang clicked in a big way because of the story and their chemistry. Same with YRHPK. From the little I have seen, they had a nice falling in love track and Abir-Mishti's pairing clicked which is why it worked. Ditto with Bepannah. Jenny and HC's pairing clicked and they were shipped a lot which is why the show got so much traction online. The initial hype for a show maybe because of the popular actor on board (Shaheer in KRP/YRHPK, Jenny in BP etc) but the eventual success is always because of the pairing and the love story. Shaheer or Erica or Jennifer or Harshad or Hina cant make a show work on their own with just their presence without equal contribution from their co star
