I was not able to follow all this legal stuff. What does it mean that recovery was made from the ship and not the accused? Does it mean it was allegedly in their luggage or cabin and not on their person? If so and the drugs were on the ship but the accused were not yet on the ship it sounds even more like it might entirely be a setup - even the small quantities found. Thank God Aryan had no luggage on the ship when the raid happened or they might have “found” some in his stuff too. It’s terrible Ive reached the point where I doubt everything claimed.

I understand SRK staying away. It would be chaos and I don't think he needs jail visit photos trailing him for the rest of his life. It also gives them what they want by getting them the attention they've been dreaming of. This news is already all over the international media. SRK visiting will bring new articles even on places like CNN and BBC. Gauri visiting won't.

He did that after his name came out. There are other people who were let go like the BJP relative and all of them are cleaning their social media. I'm sure they've wiped their phones by now.

I think the gaba guy is a part of his circle (he may or may not be directly involved) with BJP or must be related to them in someway.. it might not be public knowledge.

Now I understand why Directors/ producers make movies with star kids. It’s a bit risky when people take outsiders. Either they know them very well or they have been in an industry for sometime already.

As I said they were behind SRK since long. It was just matter of time and he was aware about it. I guess he was living under impression that they will only target him. Not even in wildest dream he had thought that they were coming behind his family.

All these Gabba, Dabba, chabba will just remain in discussion, nobody will inquire. They have done their job and rewarded. Never thought SRK's son will ever face worst media trial like Rhea.

Like I said....Aryan is not very street smart...I don't think SRK had known about it ....otherwise he wouldn't have let him go...but if people were out to get him...via his kid...they would have done it sooner or later....with the corrupt, govt, corrupt agencies...corrupt police....anything is possible in India...that is why leaving the country is the only option left for SRK now...

Aryan and Arbaaz were picked up on the dock itself and arrested. There were bloggers who were invited on that ship who saw Aryan and said he was standing on the line with the regular people, not even in the VVIP line. They have to go through security and bags are checked because drugs are not supposed to be brought onboard. So when these NCB (?) people picked him up, I think he was not afraid initially since he had no drugs anyway and let them search through his things. But Arbaaz allegedly had 5 gms of weed. But Arbaaz's lawyer is saying that he also had no drugs and it was planted on him. They are requesting CCTV video from the dock and saying it will prove their point.

After that, they went on to the ship and arrested 7 other people. Aryan and Arbaaz don't even know the others who were picked up on the ship. They have no connection at all. I mean, that MumMum is a 39 year old woman from Delhi.

But the NCB filed a joint panchnama for everyone calling it a "ship drug bust" and claim they cannot be separated. Then they circulated this panchnama in the media to make it look like those drugs came from Aryan since his name was on the form. So the initial days of media coverage was that Aryan was found with "13 grams of cocaine, 22 ecstasy pills, some charas and 1.3 lakh in cash."

Then it came out in court that Aryan had no drugs at all. His drug tests were negative. They say he had whatsapp chats "with a drug dealer named Achit." They arrested Achit with 2.5 grams of weed and then lied about the date he was arrested in order to extend Aryan's custody so they can "confront" them. Now Achit has already been released. NCB didn't even show up in court to oppose his release from NCB custody. But Aryan, who never had anything, is in jail.

I agree with this. Forget any other consequences, at your worst times, you need your mom the most. Even if she can't do anything, just getting to hug her and cry it out will make him feel a lot better and give some strength for the upcoming bail hearing. Pooja and Karuna are okay but nobody can replace mom.

I need to talk with my mom even if I get serious headache. Pooja and Karuna must be strong support system, but they can't be Gauri for him.

But you see it has backfired already. More people will see as Dhruv has also made a video on it. 😆

And anyways now many times will they use the same tactic again.

Hotchoco is right, so called andbhatkts and haters hate and mock him anyways. Ravish has also pointed out the fake arrest, he’s a renowned journalist. Anyone sensible will put two and two together. It’s only a matter of time.

I just hope the ordeal ends soon for the family. In fact since I never followed him too much.. now I think I have become a fan of his. People coming out and talking about how well behaved and nice he is ❤️

When all this started.. I thought they will let him ago after one day in ncb custody… no way in hell they will drag him to court …

The point is to just give srk a warning

the purpose is to knock on the door, not tear it down .. that’s what I thought… but these vultures have crossed all limits… only a high court judge will have the guts to give him bail

When his name was mentioned in court, I tried to find.. nothing was there on insta.
