Even if we are to believe that Esha has Raghav's phone number saved (kaise bhi ho), didn't she have a doubt as to why would Raghav send her such a message??

Also, was it the first message that Raghav sent Pallavi or what? Because if they had exchanged messages before then Esha should/could have checked the chats because she and Raghav weren't in touch all these years...
