The phone in which Raghav actually renamed his contact was the same as the phone he used to message Pallavi with [which in reality is Sai’s phone]

Then the phone which got exchanged with that of Esha’s (an android) is the phone which Raghav had gifted Pallavi in that ring gifting scene.
