I watched the scene twice and clearly he was talking about how he felt then that she was his soulmate and perfect partner so when she left him it broke him. The thing is, he hasn't moved on from that feeling of betrayal and that won't happen until he forgives her because he'll keep letting his hatred cloud his judgement.

In the dining table scene, even if it was just a couple of lines, he made it very clear where Esha and Pallavi stood in his life. I'd use that as a point of reference.

Also consider this. What if Raghav had been a widower? Would him talking about his first wife as being his perfect partner and soulmate bother us that much?

This track is reminding me so much of Punar Vivah where the ML was a widower who loved his first wife like crazy. He remarried for the sake of the kids but over time he fell in love with her too. He didn't stop loving his first wife and the second one made a different place in his heart. It's not about replacement.

In Esha's case it's a bit different because she betrayed him (or so he thinks), and she's still alive. Raghav loves Pallavi and considers her to be his present and future. Once he gets closure after finding out the truth about Esha, His current memories of their time together have been colored by her betrayal and have made him question his self-worth in terms of money and status and he doesn't want to be sucked into that quicksand again. The day he knows the truth, the memories will be colored differently and he'll be able to move on. I expect he will just remember her as a memory of the person who shaped his present and future.

Anyway, this is my read of the situation but I respect that people have different interpretations.

I am commenting here only about the Punar Vivah part here. Yash didnot two time Aarthi. He was very clear in his stance that he would not touch her nor was she his wife , except for legal purposes. I think he even asked to refrain from mothering his children. He never called one his soulmate and proposed love to the other. That's two timing. Aarthi knew Yash was a widower. Did Pals know that Raghav had an ex? Raghav didnot know Pallavi was a widow due to his own poor investigation techniques, she made no attempts to hide it. Shouldn't Raghav be forthcoming about his past affairs when he knows it would affect his future? Calling your dead /living ex your soulmate when you a present living wife is not done. It means disrespect to your current one. Pallavi never said she loved Mandaar. If she would said that, the whole FD would be in uproar now. Why is this partiality being shown to her? Because she's a woman?

Anyone knows when Geeta Mam will start shooting for MHRW again ?

Just saw new precap on tv...pallvi gives cold behaviour to ex...she will come to meet her in her shop ..and phone exchanged....pallvi said ki mujhe iss bare mein koi baat nhi karni ..behtar hoga ki tum humari life se door rho👍🏼

Vera , pallavi said she didn't had a chance to love mandar but she dreamed to live a happy life with him because he is very good as a person and she also told on car her life would have been different if that fateful night didn't happened.. here raghav loved ESHA and moved on. He didn't found any reason to open it again because it's doesn't matter now but he still was going to tell pallavi but she stopped him on dinning table and said she don't want to hear his past.

Raghav didn't thought to meeting or he was thinking about esha, situation didn't arise to talk about it. Pallavi didn't love Mandy but doesn't meant raghav shouldn't have any past.. anyone falls on love for first time, most of them feels they're soulmates because they'll get that vibes from each other..once he is back from esha home he told what pallavi wants to hear because she only asked for it... When she asked about his past, he told entire truth what happened and what he left. He left down his guard infront of her and showed his vulnerability which any husband do infront of his wife.

He didn't love her anymore, he left out with only pain and betrayal which esha caused. She made him broken, weak and also pushed him to the edge which he changed himself into a person which he also never thought..now as a changed man he wants to remain to same instead going back weak. Her presence opening his wound again and reminding him what the hell he went through.

He is very honest with pallavi and told everything, what happened and what he felt that time. He have more stronger emotions and unconditional love towards pallavi than ESHA... pallavi is his life and betrayal isn't cup of tea to raghav.. Writters contradicting their dialogues and it's lame writing, he should have said after father and brother death, it's another fateful and worst night of my life.. pallavi mature enough to understand him , she and keerthi asking him to leave that hate also, will that be easy?? No because he gone through it. He lived those moments on hell. It will take time but he will left go of his crunch and hate he is carrying on his heart. This track will get him a closure like pallavi had a closure with Mandy.

Raghav was also fine with her helping Mandy but he knows Mandy intentions from day one and also altered pallavi. She ignored all warnings of raghav and Aai , she saw Mandy when she thought to see, on the mean while raghav gone through hell and she don't have any idea what he gone through. She even completely forgot raghav important event of his life which she was supposed to give him a award.. Now she will make him to go civil with esha but on this process she will realize what raghav went through that time when she went to take care of Mandy...

Both will make mistakes, realize it and fix it.. nothing is above their love. Their love is a medicine which heal each other pain and wounds..

People learn and yeah even Pallavi made mistakes during mandaar track and ignored Raghav ( I’m not finding fault ) she also learnt so Raghav will also make mistakes and learn

Each person reacts differently.. Pallavi and Raghav are two differnt individuals so they will react diff

Cannot compare mandaar and Esha here … it’s different

How in the world raghav and pallavi are being compared when both are different individuals with different past??

Mandy is ex husband and Esha is ex lover..her intensions is always good.. it's never intentional from her side but she did went to take care of her ex husband and also choosed him over raghav on most important point of his life where he was dying for her support and to choose him over mandy. Even she realized and accepted what blunder she done.

Here Raghav was talking about his past, what happened and what he felt that moment but it's doesn't meant he loves esha and not able to get over with her😔
