Its not a bail hearing he will be released today. Bail hearing was on Sunday.

Aryan is not in remand for taking drugs on that the cruise.. NCB has made it clear in their bail hearing.

NCB only found some chats on his phone which hinted that he had in past interacted with Drug dealers in usual code language. NCB wants to take Aryan help to get to the Drug dealers. That's it. Irrespective of whether he helps NCB or not he will be free today.

I'm not saying Aryan does drugs or this is what SRK should have done.. but here is what Jackie Chan said when his son Jaycee was arrested for drug possession.

Jackie Chan had apologised on behalf of his son. He said that he was 'extremely furious' about the incident. "I hope that young people will see Jaycee as a cautionary tale and stay away from drugs," he wrote, adding, "I failed to teach my son and I should also bear responsibility. Jaycee and I deeply bow in apology to society."

Usually in the case of an adult only a CD lawyer is allowed to visit a detained person, if he or she see fit they request a doctor or other professional to visit, but as a CD attorney you usually ask the family to restrict calls (they are monitored) and visits too, imagine the emotions, the son would cry the parents too, everyone is emotional and the cops are watching all this in particular the corrupt ones. Besides if SRK is the target then he also needs to retain an attorney and watch what he does. It all stinks because they are skating on thin ice, in corruption you have no protection so anything and everything you do can be seen as cause or intimidation, if he goes and fans get wind of it, they can cause a ruckus and SRK can end up being blamed for trying to interfere or pull clout.

I am not pro drugs but my sympathy goes out to this family right now. I am sure it must suck to be them right now, nothing in this world hurts more than having your kid in a bad situation. I pray it's over soon.

I agree. I’ve personally known people who came from very good families go to jail, so it’s preposterous to place blame on the parents. I wonder what the age limit is for people to consider someone’s actions independently and not relate everything back to parenting. I’m not saying Aryan is guilty because evidence so far has proved otherwise, but imagine he was 70 years old and did something illegal. Would we still blame his upbringing? Ridiculous. 😂

I’m sympathising with the whole family. May the truth prevail.
