Only the terribly young or the terribly idealistic would say that. Things in common, other than sex and money, are almost a must for love to thrive.

He already done all those things in his youth... Dated hot super models Madhu Sapre, Bipasha at their peaks, was married to a French actress, dated Shahana Goswami for ages they finally broke up when Shahana realized he would never get married to her. She was so heart broken after the break up that she left India and shifted to France. It is only recently she moved back to India to pursue BW.

She must have gotten very pissed off when she heard the news of him getting married a girl half his age, just like that.

I think that is a common phrase old men use who have a thing for young girls. Or motivational coaches who use it to inspire older people into taking actions. Age is not just a number. Scientifically it means something. I think research shows critical parts of our brain that we use to make rational decisions do not even fully develop until 25. Sociologically there is so much to age. It's a sign of maturity, your phase in life.

We can agree to disagree on what is cute or creepy. But that woman looked like a very young girl when they were first dating. So for him to see her and be attracted to her on their first meeting without knowing anything about her is a serious level of creepy for me.

Maybe it's a bit of both love and daddy issues . I'm not the one to talk ,he's old enough to be my dad and I find him hot.

Age is not just a number. I'd feel insecure about dating a guy in his twenties when I'm in my forties or fifties because the chances of him leaving me for a pair of perky tits or cheating on me are high. Even if he does truly love me, it would be unfair to him because I wouldn't be able to offer him what a younger woman can , which he kinda deserves at his age. Even mentally, by that age you'd ve revised your priorities ..you'd be less idealistic ..one of you could find it hard to keep up. So it's complicated. But hey...if couples are able to rise above all that and are able to be happy with each other ..good for them right ??

Being a fan of a couple with a 10 year age gap, I'll still say there IS a limit to age difference and what is considered appropriate. It depends on how old the youngest is and the fact what you're almost treading on pedophilia territory. Age is NOT just a number and love doesn't excuse anything. If a 30 yo fell in love with a 12 yo, would we excuse this coz age is just a number? Age is tied to mental and physical development and should not be shrugged off.
