Nitu, you have made a lot of valid points so I will respond to them here.
1. I am also irritated with the sudden increase in SS for Devi. It is really annoying. So she said Veeru is the worst. She does not understand his reasons for not stopping her favourite and when he tries to explain she doesn't even let Veeru explain. She is creating family drama in the middle of a hospital. I understand that the show acts like there is no COVID and therefore sooooooo many people are allowed into a hospital for 1 person. However, they don't all have to get so hysterical and atart pouncing on Veeru and blaming him.

One time she says they are meant to be together but she helps Sai leave then she says Sai was better off without Virat and then she say if Virat has stopped then the accident wouldn’t have happened then she blames Virat even after he tried explaining that there are certain things between them which she doesn’t understand. If the accident wouldn’t have happened she would have floated how Sai won .
I am sorry to say but after some point , her childish behavior mouthing such dialogues gave me headache. She was all over the place and it’s funny how people were giving importance to a mentally unstable person’s words . Pulkit yet again proved he is incapable of handling Devi . As a doctor , he should know there is some decorum and she cannot go on shouting on top of her voice . It took them so long to send her home .

Exactly. They have seen him stop Sai multiple times and they have heard Sai say it’s a deal marriage then why blame him alone . Even if they want to separate why force Virat and Sai to be together.

Coming to Pulkit, did he like a sensible person, a mature individual older than a 19 year old, think to ever even ask Virat what his side of the story was. Did anyone? He listened to what Sai said and decided that she was right; decided he would support her and that Virat was always wrong and horrible. So now he is busy trying to settle scores by taunting Virat to the extent that he is forgetting that a police officer, an ACP, has contacts and can perhaps call around quicker and arrange blood than someone who quit the army to work in an orphanage. Just like.Pulkit should know that just like ambulance crews are first responders, so are policemen. They have contacts. But nooooooo! Despite being doctors, let's hold grudges and overlook facts and taunt the most useful person there. Don't even remind me that this person didn't call Virat but called Samrat. How idiotic. If Virat is Sai's next of kin in her notes then he shouldn't be calling anyone else but hey who cares, let's settle old scores and punish her husband first.
Yes , he is least interested in Sai’s welfare period . He failed as doctor . He wasted time by not calling Virat immediately. If Sai had lost her life due to this negligence , would he take the responsibility for playing games when someone’s life was at risk . They would have blamed Virat . I have never seen any relative behave the way Pulkit is behaving . People often forget Virat is an ACP and has more reach than these people . As per sbs , Virat hands over a while box to Samrat to give it to Pulkit . I am guessing it’s blood . Looks like the only family of Sai failed to arrange blood on time . Samrat is sooo caught up in his own narrative that he doesn't think about listening to someone else's POV. If he dislikes his wife so much, then why stay - please separate. I want to see which sensible girl would date and marry a man who runs from their responsibility resigns from the army, and helps in an orphanage. Samrat is NOT Vikram Batra and not every girl is Dimple. Just because Virat gives this man importance and Sai makes him feel like he is such a bechara doesn't mean every girl he meets will think that way.
Samrat is another disappointment. He can only be a catch for blind stans . He left his job and is a parasite on his family . I have always said and Nitu has also stated that these shows are made for a certain audience which might have girls that think Samrat is a catch BUT is he though? Even now he is more interested in settling scores. Pakhi came to Virat...she was the only one who came to Virat...and he was emotional...was he holding her hand with wrong intentions? No. However, this hand holding us always misinterpreted.
I have seen some tweets saying out of all the people why did Virat cry holding Pakhi’s hand . Firstly, all of those 10 people were cornering him and were busy blaming him . No one went to give some solace to this broken man . Today I felt there was some concern from Pakhi when she went to see him . Even if it wasn’t , it was only her who went to speak with him . So I didn’t see anything wrong in holding her hand . I don’t understand the huge deal of holding ex hand . It wasn’t romantic and the way he held was indicating the state he was in . It’s a shame that Samrat had to make it all about himself considering someone is fighting for life and the husband is broken
I can't wait for Sai to wake up and not talk to any of these people. To look for Virat and only Virat.

I always wanted to add that the friends were such a head long characters . They have the audacity to stop an husband and an ACP without knowing anything about their relationship. Bunch of losers . When Pakhi the so called friend stopped Sai from visiting Virat , he took a stand for Sai similarly I want Sai to take a stand for Virat infront of her friends . I wish Virat shows his GC cop side to these useless friends
