really Anuj??? how delusional are you to think that's even a possibility with Vanraj...
or may be uska waqt paida hone se ab tak bura chal raha hai?𤣠Baa ne pakka isko karela chataya hoga instead of honey, like Rupali said...ya doctor ne zor se neeche giraya hoga, like Gaurav saidš¤£
ya phir wo insaan hi nahi hai, raakshas hai raakshasš
Vanraj's character defies morality, rationality, integrity, decency and all that Anuj's character has....His insecurities and big ego leave no room for any likeability. He claims to be a good father and son and he probably is to a certain level but his selectiveness when it comes to loving his kids makes that little goodness fade away. He might be shown worse than he was in the past to make Anuj shine but the way they've butchered the character beats all logic.
Anuj's honest effort and approach to understand Paakhi's perspective and their bonding was very well written and performed. He tried to see his relationship with Anupama through Paakhi's eyes and also tried to suss her bond with Anu. He put all her doubts to rest by assuring her of his relation with her mum being only friendship and nothing more.
Paakhi, well I have my reservations about the girl...I haven't watched the show from the beginning so can't comment on her from then but since Anuj happened to the Shah family, I've only seen her react strongly to situations that concerned her mum's relation with another guy. She's always shown supporting her dad, however crazy he might sound and behave. I get that she loves her dad like any daughter would and can't hear anything against him but to dilute her feelings for her mum is unfair. She's like any other regular teenager who's only bothered about looking good on social media and goes through peer pressure. I just think she can't be banked on when the time comes for MaAn advancing their relation to something more than friendship, she will IMO be one to oppose it strongly and will turn on her mother for obvious reasons.
I understand why Vanraj was furious when he saw Anuj bond with Paakhi, he's obviously insecure about losing members of his team, his children especially but I didn't quite comprehend Anu's look when she saw Pakhi-Anuj hugging, was she just happy about them bonding or was she relieved that Paakhi now understands her relation with Anuj?
The line that stood out for me in the Pakhi-Anuj convo was- tum kabhi mujhpe trust karo na karo, but apni mummy par kabhi doubt mat karna' ...how beautifully he broke it down for her and the sweetheart bit was cute too...Shukar hai ki mujhe boodha nahi kaha awww Anuj, stop it already ā¤ļø
