Ncb asked the court for remand claiming the party organizers fled away so they want to question aryan about them and investigate his WhatsApp chats

I mean they did the same witj deepika and shradah by calling them into their office, not sure what aryan needs to be kept in custody for that

If I'm informed correctly, the cruise took place after the raid...so the organizers not being available... well...

I find it’s weird that Rhea (SSR’s gf) got bail and all political support from Maha Govt to an extent that NCB was disallowed to even file petition against her bail, while Aryan n his friends didn’t get such support.

That's rather dumb. They could just ask him openly or confiscate his phone if they were suspicious.

Mark my words if they are going to nab some small supplier guys they will try n link them to aryan and his frnds just to they can keep aryan there for longer (keep in mind he was not found in possession)

If he doesn’t get bail on the 7th then there is no guessing how long they will keep him there…

there were some people who were mocking blueice for coming up with conspiracy theories… but look at the evidence shown in court and tell if it’s fair to keep him custody like this….

If they want ti question then then they can tell him he can’t leave the city and be available for questioning.

he came back to india I think last month. If he consumed anything before that it doesn’t fall under Indian law… weed in legal in many countries including California where he was residing, natural psychedelics are also allowed in places…
