Patralekha went to hospital just becoz she is sure that virat will arrive there soon.

She knows virat is in love with sai...he will start crying and reconcile with sai.patralekha just want to prevent that. If she is there she can divert virats attention,can pour more ghee into fire etc etc...create more misunderstandings.

First she tried to find out how sai is dead or alive?...is she ok(basically will sai survive)?

So hand holding is there but want to know what Samrat will do, trash the BFF's hope so..but where is Usha Mausi she was there in KD??

Totally! If neither of the individuals forming a couple look happy, which is the case now they can advise space and then ask them to decide in a better state of mind if they want to give their marriage another chance ...if not simply part ways and find your their own happiness wherever they feel like. Somewhere Shivani spoke along those lines yesterday a bit but Aayi is obsessed with keeping them together no matter what....she refuses to understand their issues & also does not attempt any peaceful discussions with them as a mother they both respect.

Are you sure that Sai's friends would bash Pakhi Didi? For me, it looked like she's needed only to give the actor some screen space and to show an intense hand holding scene between Virat and Pakhi👎🏼

I am hoping for some beizzati to happen but it doesn't seem like... It looks more like increasing the screen space for the actor... She is getting some redundant dialogues, like when sister says patient is critical, we want husband's consent, she goes Sai kaisi hai theek to ho jaayegi... I mean they can't even write dialogues that make sense.

I don't think this will happen. They will stop Virat from meeting Sai. Her presence is only for Samrat to see handhold and then he taunts them. Taunts or unleashes hulk mode, I can't remember exactly.
